" ... Frank and all. Here is an idea. A hypothesis if you like. I certainly cannot prove it at all. I purpose that we are ALREADY shifting horizontal timelines all the time but do not realize it because most of them are tiny shifts. So-called "timelines" are INFINITE in number. There are individual timelines, national timelines, international timelines and overall world timelines. Up to a point, they overlap greatly and remain impinging upon one another at several points.
What influences them? ANY willful decision WHATSOEVER. If I decide to go to college, that is one timeline. If I decide instead to become a jazz musician that is another. It depends ON MY CHOICE at any given present moment. Sometimes these timelines overlap, often they don't. Of course, there are those that feel that they have no choice whatsoever and are entirely in the hands of what they call "fate." They are tossed to and fro at the mercy of the controlling winds. They feel helpless and think they have reconciled themselves to that, which they call a "fact."
But, in my hypothesis, I say that in one sense we are all little parallel universes on our own timeline. Little bubbles that sometimes bump together, sometimes merge for a short while and then go on their way.Small willful decisions = small changes in our individual timelines. Great decisions mean BIG changes in our individual timelines. Often, those BIG decisive changes removed us entirely from our familar surroundings, friends and family.
If one looks into a Looking Glass, or a Crystal Ball, and sees the future, what do they see? Only their OWN projection of the most immediate present moment void of all decisions that will be made up until that future time. THEY have to interpret what they see according to the moment they are in. So, whatever they see is a complete illusion because it does not take into account all the future decisions, since each one of those decisions influences the individual timeline and ultimately the planetary timeline.
The probable future seen in the crystal ball/looking glass is really not very "probable" since the very thing that influences the timelines is missing in the future projection. It is YOU interpreting what you see in the supposed future but IN THE MOST PRESENT MOMENT. In reality the vision seen of the future is limited to WHERE YOU ARE THAT MOMENT. It ASSUMES that no further decisions (which alter the timeline) will be made. A completely false assumption unless one goes into a fully catatonic, petrified and frozen state. Not very likely. Hopefully.
In other words, the future is NOT set in stone, so to speak. Even the "probable" futures are not very probable unless all the decisions made henceforth from that present moment blindly charge ahead on the exact same course, barring no outside influences or accidents or miscalculation and barring no change in ones own inner being, belief and view. If there is one thing that life's experience has taught me it is that EVERYTHING changes and much of it unexpectedly.
The future is entirely dependent on the decisions you and I make RIGHT HERE AND NOW in each most present moment. The overall world timeline is a combination of all the international, national and individual timelines combined. It has been stated by the Russian scientists, who are intensly studying the Sun's Heliosphere and our solar systems soon convergence with the Milky Way ecliptic, that the huge energies pouring out from that Milky Way center are energizing all matter in the solar system.
Thus changes are being observed on all the planetary bodies, as is now confirmed by NASA probes. Changes in the Sun itself are also seen. The Russian scientists decribe it as all matter absorbing this energy and building up potential like a battery. At some point the quanta can take no more building up and then, they say, ALL matter, so effected, will very suddenly and rapidly (at the speed of light or there abouts) FLY APART a certain distance and remain there permenantly. Physical density shift takes place. Also, spiritual dimension shift, because the physical and spiritual are simply two different frequencies of the exact same energy coming from the One Source of all that is - the Universal Matrix/Creation/The Source/God or whatever you wish to call it.
Such density shift and evolvement is not "heavenly perfection" only the next step in our evolution. One small step in our evolution. A "puctuated equilibrium" to use a word in evolutionary biology. This, I think, is what is meant by shifting from third density to fourth density or from our present third dimension to the fourth dimension and beyond as evolution progesses - step by step - usually taking on a very long linear horizontal world timeline, indeed. However, I have heard it said that this time it will be so intense that we will not remain long in fourth density to move rapidly to fifth. Usually the long evolutionary periods are interrupted with very occasional "punctuated equilibriums" or ET genetic interventions - directed panspermia seems to be the modus operandi of the Universe.
It has been surmised that this huge shift will result in an overall SPLIT in Earth's planetary time line. One part will desire to remain in third density and cling onto it and the other will eagerly reach out for the fourth, i.e. evolution. On earth, at present, there are two very basic types of spiritual orientations. 1) those who wish to exercise control over others with greed and selfishness and 2) those who desire to serve and uplift all life. This is not a matter of outward appearances but a genuine condition of the heart. No way to fool the genuine status of ones own heart by outward hypocrisy.
Possibly these two orientations are like two magnets of different polarity. Negative and positive. One magnet will desire to stay with the third density while clinging onto the thrid density baggage and the other will desire to experience the new dimension, already being somewhat familiar with it. Having tasted it, it has becomes the attractor. Thus, a parting of the ways between the two densities and spiritual orientations which at this point in 2008 CE are side by side on this planet. Wheat and tares growing together to use a Biblical analogy. The would-be controllers, tyrant and despots now cause great consternation for those who desire peace, life and evolution. After the coming density/dimensional shift, the two exist in separate timelines and never the twain shall meet...."

This is Marcus (Felix) using Dr. McDowell's account. I have been given permission to post where the Eagles Team has been the last couple days. Dr. McDowell has given us warning we may be on the move, soon, again. The whole team moved along the red arrow, to Amarillo, Texas, the base support area called "Eagle Eye." When we arrived at Eagle Eye, we found that the other teams, total over 700 people, were moving to help if the New Orleans levees broke. We continued on from Amarillo to Houston, where the few ladies on the trip (including Dr. McDowell) were based. (The pink circle is where they were. It became site "BON-BON" for "Battle of New Orleans")
We continued onto LaFayette, where we were when landfall happened. (The powder blue circle is where we, Dr. Burisch too, were.) After the main levees held, we moved near a Red Cross area and helped as many going away from the storm as we could handle. Drs. Burisch/Goldstein talked with families with kids, to help them. Meanwhile Dr. McDowell worked the phones in Houston, relayed from Eagle Ops in Las Vegas, to reunite families. It all worked great except for us when the storm arrived. It was big but could have been worse.
After the levees held and landfall, we moved to Alexandra, then to 28 to 59 in HV egress to Houston. Stevie and Brian, went on when we broke for Alexandria, to Atlanta, to await the next series of moves and to talk with New Group team members. Old members are there with them too. Dr. Goldstein is reported to be somewhere in or around New Orleans, but we aren't sure right now. He stayed to help people because he is a mental health expert. From Houston, we flew back to Las Vegas. When Fran found out that Stevie went on to Atlanta, she flew to Houston to await his return or to go where he is going to end up. Presently, the storms are stacking up over the Atlantic. Reports have arrived that the members of the "New Group," who helped with the Hurricane Gustav effort, have been redirected away from the present Hurricane Preparedness/Response efforts, due to "international tension issues. This is an official newsbreak but I have been given special permission to write it in first person because I was witness to the events on the East Coast, which happened on last Thursday and Friday.
This Newsbreak is going to be politically incorrect, but better truthful than PC. I am not allowed to say where the events occurred, in the "official newsbreak" any closer than the "East Coast." Dan's quotes will be in "yellow." [ italics ] Dan had me tape his comments, in the understanding that the tape would be and has been destroyed.
Just prior to Dan going to Mount Charleston, he was summoned to the East Coast for a "thinking session" by an Economics Committee for the New Group. They paid for the trip, the room, and food for him and me. Mostly for him, but I eat more UNLESS we're at a Chinese Buffet! Dan was surprised because even in his own words he has "had only one Economics course, in college, and while I achieved an "A" that hardly suggests why I need to be there! "
We went there. On the way to the first meeting, after arriving at the airport, he asked me to stop the car at a drug store ~ pharmacy. He went in and bought something while I was getting a soft drink. Dan and I talked a lot and he said he thought they maybe wanted some out of the box thinking or just because he can get the ear of most of the retired Maj, that maybe they wanted to get him to enlist their help? He didn't know.
When we arrived at about 0300 Friday morning, we went through "security" and the liaison was there to okay the storage of my personal weapon. I followed Dan in, and we were both wearing our Sunday finest! In his case a suit. It looked a lot like this: Of course the guy above isn't Dan. The guy above has hair, is young, and good looking! Me, I wore my finest basic understated outfit! It looked about by this: Of course I am much better looking! As he walked into the room, Dan stopped and looked around and said, "Where is Ron Paul?" That set a tone: dark. No one laughed and Dan didn't intend to get any laughs. One member replied to him.
I can't quote the members, but Dan answered, "Well he should be, but he wouldn't accept anyway because he practices his patriotism on a daily basis, doesn't just preach it your smoke filled confessionals! Frankly I did expect to see at the very least one 'Bill' or one 'Hill' here. There are cigars in attendance and the room does have a glass ceiling!" (That got laughs. Anyone who has ever been in the same room as Dan knows that he has a direct and very forceful personality.)
The meeting started and Dan was asked his feelings about the $700B idea. They expected, I think, for Dan to sit there and be deferential. Mistake! He wasn't! To their wide eyes he rose to speak and went to the speakers' small podium, with a notebook and his old fashioned Fisher Space Pen, which is in his words his "last personal pen" , in his hands. (It's the original one from the 60's: the chrome bullet space pen he saw and wanted when he was a boy. His is privately engraved by Marci-Marci.

After arriving at the podium, he checked his coat pocket, and when he didn't find what he wanted, he held up his right index finger at them, and said, "Aaah, standby for just a second. By the way, my Security Chief is audio taping these events with my word of honor given as a former seated member, that it will not be copied, distributed in any form, and will be completely destroyed once my comments alone are transcribed." Then he walked back to me and unzipped his brief case, grabbed a small box from it, put it in his pocket and returned to the podium.
I had no idea what he grabbed. Dan made the statement about being a microbiologist and not an economist. Then he asked them why they summoned him? He said "Not that I mind the accommodations, they are really quite nice. I would prefer you place us in a less expensive hotel, a single room, and we can get along with a smaller food budget, without room service. Are you even remotely aware that many people are starving? Do you, could you even give a damn?"
He was told that their intentions were plain: they wanted to know his honest thoughts, and for starters about the effectiveness of the Candidate's participation. Dan said, "Well, fine then. This is on your Dime, opinions you want, opinions you'll receive."
Dan launched into a measured tirade which included his belief that this was an "Illuminati conspiracy," using a "..useful idiot named George W. Bush, to justify the past yet concurrent lack of responsibility by those living above their economic means, and preyed upon by lenders looking for fast bucks while creating an insane and unsupported bubble. Behind the scenes, we have an attempt to steal more money, without oversight, and 2 Candidates, both with unjustified behavior: it's stunt played at bravado versus egocentrism played as near apathy, vote where you may! I do suggest they show, though, as the idiot summoned them. In either case they seem to be vying for a Musher's 'Least Respected Dog'."
The Chairperson asked Dan to continue. Dan opened his notebook. He had comments to enter into the record. (If there are any mistakes, they are my fault because I translated and typed it.) "Shalom! Okay, while I cannot comment on the intimate aspects of the financial/economic particulars as I have no expertise in those areas, I can comment on the festering boil named the "NWO-Security State" placed specifically by the President, in a continuing effort to undermine the very fabric of our Republic, while centralizing himself as superior to the co-equal branches, where in my opinion the Congress should placed, that is in the center of a circle bounded by a circumference of the American People, and then with the Judiciary and Executive on either side of the Legislative.

We, from (CENSORED), as you are aware, have been taking a close look at where "tea" (as an appropriate homage) is transported. I suspect that is also behind my being summoned here today. As I see it, the flow of credit, given the realities of the excessive entanglements, must be re-established "somehow." Am I qualified to say how? No! But, just as one would not employ a previously convicted Bank Robber as an armed security guard at Bank of America, the American People are sure as hell not likely to provide a Treasury Secretary with $700B account and no one to look over their shoulder!
You are probably also aware of the Speaker's recent telephone calls, and perhaps rumors of just how certain former Majestic echelon may have suggested to their networks to encourage not only the arrival of 'We The People's' considerations, but their actual serious uptake. This should send a message to not only the Legislative, but also each of you.
What should you, members of this august body, do? Do what Majestic failed to do for 60 years: stay out of the way of the Constitutional process, or perhaps find yourselves as the obstructionists rather than the white knights as you probably see yourselves.
