Whistleblowers' evidence of NASA UFO fraud might kill UK hacker case
Examiner Evidence that U.S. space agency NASA has defrauded U.S. taxpayers for billions of dollars could scrap NASA's case against UK hacker Gary McKinnon. Credible witnesses have claimed that NASA has altered or destroyed its photos containing images of UFOs. This could become a legal and public relations nightmare for NASA. The space agency is attempting to prosecute McKinnon for hacking into NASA computer files. McKinnon has stated that he saw UFO-related files in NASA's computers. But NASA has denied any "cover-up".
NASA's claim of innocence faces a serious challenge. Some of the whistleblowers are former NASA employees and contractors with inside knowledge of NASA's operation. If NASA's destruction of public property is confirmed, the alleged cost of McKinnon's hacking would be insignificant compared to NASA's annual funding of more than $17 billion. Even worse, NASA's year 2000 mission statement boasted that it is "ethical and honest" in all that they do. Part of NASA's mission is to look for signs of intelligent life in outer space. So asking for more money to 'look', after they've already destroyed evidence that they 'found', is a not going to be easy.
Among these whistleblowers are US Air Force Sergeant Karl Wolfe, former NASA employee Donna Hare, and former NASA engineer John Schuessler. Wolfe and Hare exposed some of NASA's misdeeds at the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference in Washington, D.C. They both offered to give similar testimony before the U.S. Congress.
According to the Disclosure Project: Donna Hare had a secret clearance while working for NASA contractor, Philco Ford. She testifies that she was shown a photo of a picture with a distinct UFO. Her colleague explained that it was his job to airbrush such evidence of UFOs out of photographs before they were released to the public. She also heard information from other Johnson Space Center employees that some astronauts had seen extraterrestrial craft and that when some of them wanted to speak out about this they were threatened. "Sergeant Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force for 4 and 1/2 years beginning in January 1964. He had a top-secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at a NSA [National Security Agency] facility he was shown photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed detailed artificial structures. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969. [See Wolfe's testimony at 57:50 minutes into the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference. John Schuessler is a Denver area resident and retired aerospace engineer from Lockheed Martin. He worked at NASA on nearly every manned U.S. space flight since its inception. In a March 19, 2008 lecture in Lakewood, CO, Schuessler talked about seeing an unfamiliar photo from one of the Apollo moon landings. Schuessler said:"I went to a conference in Canada, in Toronto. I think it was [19]82. A guy came up to me and said 'I've got this NASA photo. Do you recognize this?' And it was an Apollo shot. And it was an official lithograph that they release. I've got hundreds of these lithographs. I didn't have that one. And they are all numbered. They have a photograph number on them and on the back of them is printed the information about what it is.
This photograph had a UFO in the background. So as soon as I got back to Houston I went to the photo lab and told them I'd like to look at the Apollo photos. And we're old friends you know, so they said 'sure here's the rack of them. 'So I went down through the rack of the Apollo photos and the numbers sequentially. And I got to a series of numbers, that this one was in the middle of, and there were no photos. They were all missing. And I said 'well where are these photos?' He said, 'well it's like all these others, the film was bad.' And I had seen the thing first hand with the NASA printing on it so I know it came out. But it was withdrawn."
Schuessler was also the co-founder of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) International and its past Director. It was Schuessler's story of the missing NASA UFO photo that was largely responsible for inspiring the ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver. NASA seems intent on making an example of UK hacker Gary McKinnon. In the end, the public might be intent on making an example of NASA. After all, how can NASA keep getting $17 billion a year during an economic crisis after taxpayers find out NASA has been lying to them for decades and squandering their hard-earned money? The legal experts should ask, "is it a crime for someone to hack into a government agency that is committing a much bigger crime?" There's talk that McKinnon might serve up to 60-70 years in prison if found guilty. So what is the maximum sentence for NASA officials if found guilty of defrauding taxpayers? On Jan. 20, an UK judge is expected to make a final decision on McKinnon's extradition to the U.S. That gives NASA less than one week to avoid a collision with reality."Earth to NASA, you have a problem!"

An approved statement. I am the Webmaster for all of Eagles Disobey's websites. I go by the name "Owl" because that was my nickname in the military as a chopper pilot. I also happened to have worked security for awhile at the Bohemian Grove, a place that serves eccentric power brokers who basically have too much money and no ethics to spend it in the right ways.
As of a few days ago, I became the Chief of Cybersecurity for Eagles Disobey, by direct order of Dr. Burisch himself. He trusts me and I am grateful for that. I will try to live up to his trust. I proudly webmaster a mothership website which receives over 1,000,000 hits per month, a website IN NO ONE'S HIP POCKET, and I have four personnel who monitor the websites' and forum's security round the clock.
The INFAMOUS "SQUIRREL" (Franklin, who worked for the Pentagon, who has 'paws' that keep hitting the delete and "other" buttons) now works for me. He's used to dealing with harder people, specops people, and needs to take some time to adjust himself to the mindset of the public. He is, with all fantasy set aside, "RAT" from the movie "The Core." He as been asked to take some time and understand that he is not dealing with a National Security Enemy, but a bunch of good people mixed in with a few game playing people with problems. (THIS COMMENT ABOUT "PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS" DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH OUR FORUM MEMBERS!) He will return to forum member posting on May 1st.
Where do we get the money to take that kind of time? Because of Drs. Burisch and McDowell's decision to give all Emeritus pay to charity, WE DON'T! We do it because we believe in it. Our income is private and comes from other places. I officially work for Fran Ortiz, the better half of our Chief of Security for all of Eagles Disobey, Steven Ortiz (Mongrel, a.k.a. Sir Bone-Ami Mongraal), the guy who goes "yayaya" all the time because in the military he was called "Mongrel Dawg."
Unofficially, I work for The Eagles, Dan and Marci. There are good reasons, private reasons, why we work for them and would give our lives in their defense. Any guesses about those reasons will be probably dead wrong! But, people with more mouth than brains will probably make guesses anyway, negative guess which expose their souls. And that means what in the long run? Nothing, right along with their attacks.
Fran Ortiz is still helping out while she is mostly on maternity leave until she delivers a baby in April. She is the POWER PERSON FOR ALL OF EAGLES DISOBEY INCLUDING ANGEL EAGLES under Dr. McDowell. Eagles Disobey has always been run by females and that is the way it will stay. We call her "Caspa" after a Chinese Crested dog. How did she rise to such a power position so quickly? Marci picked her, because for one reason she doesn't sit down if a man tells her to! Another reason is because Dan approves of her. She stands on her own and tells him off when she has a mind to! He respects honesty, but quickly rejects dishonest games of attack or "kiss up." One of the first questions he asked her was "Do you respect our Chain of Command?" (That was a test!) Her answer: "Once I know you've earned it, honey. Not until!" (That plus her background and Marci's ok, got her the job.
As soon as he sees a yes person, with no reason or their locked-in agenda, or a no person with their own locked-in agenda, they don't have a snowball's chance in hell with him. People who claim that people are mind controlled? He accepts them on their word, and rejects them for close contact as he wishes only people with free will to associate with him. Why have a person who claims he or she or people can't think for themselves, helping a team who can and who must, to help others?)
In the next few months, changes are coming to Eagles Disobey. For those who have watched, read, and used their brains, such changes will be NO SHOCK and NO NEWS to them. We have restricted our membership for good reasons, but those reasons don't include privatizing information! Prove me wrong? Say that this is an action to restrict people's opinions, even the fringe-of-the-fringe-of-the-fringe from reaching the public? You can't......and not support your argument.

This Fall is scheduled as the target time for the release of never before seen information, from the secure vaults of EAGLES DISOBEY, about the underlying concepts, associations, and theories from Project Lotus.
Project Isis, which has recently taken a "leap and bound" forward, intended to reintroduce the "Science of the Ancients," will also be spoken about in the intended presentation. During the hundreds of letter we receive daily, a few each day ask about Dan's preference in type of microscopy? Dan has always been a "light microscope" man (although he is proficient in the use of others like TEM's, SEM's, STM's, etc.). His passion for light microscopy led to this statement, from his personal diary, from 1997:
"Just as God's most precious and beautiful gift to humankind is Love, I am quite certain that the most elegant machine humanity has ever created is the light compound microscope. I am humbled by the fact that my life has been so graced by the presence of this wonder!"
Dan prefers, where possible, not to use biological stains to color items. He wants to see the natural elements, without alteration by chemicals. So, he has become VERY proficient in the use of a variety of techniques like phase contrast, differential light, and his favorite - optical staining. He loves to use optical staining on living cells by combining a variety of techniques. Here is an example of optical staining he shot through one of his scopes two days ago. The coloring technique is called Rheinberg Illumination, which uses two different colored acetate disks. He makes his own. In this shot, Dan was calibrating the disk sizes and positions, using a tiny bit of sand from Pinkney, MI, from a sample that will be used in both Lotus and Isis research.
Maybe one day, when he finally decides to cease active research, and stop doing industrial contracts which he now does ONLY for Eagles Disobey........when he is retired from that like he is now fully retired from government service.........he says he plans to do large full color microscope image picture books and microvideos so the world can enjoy what he has enjoyed all his life! ....

Eagles Disobey has received a few letters asking who Dr. Burisch has contracts with? A few have asked if they are with anyone connected to the so called "military industrial complex"? And "How do you guys work things?" We suppose that some conspiracy theorists may conclude that even McDonald's may be part of the "military industrial complex" (Anything they don't use MUST be eeeeeeevil! ), but if the letters meant "defense contractors," etc., we have an answer for you. (Before anyone asks, we do not have a contract with McDonald's , but the team does often stop there on road trips! )
To be clear first of all, Dr. Burisch is contracted by NO ONE. It is Eagles Disobey, Inc, and its related companies , through Dr. McDowell, who receives and is responsible for all contracts. (Directly contracting Dr. Burisch? You can't get there from here! )
Dr. Burisch is fully bound under an exclusive (for life) contract to Dr. McDowell. Dr. McDowell, as President of the Company, receives the contracts, then informs Dr. Burisch what she wants him to do. They have interrogatory conversations, in some cases with the people contracting Eagles, then he responds, at predetermined dates, with a determination of if he can or cannot complete the request, and if so then with a list of needs, and protocols to get the job done.
Once received, Dr. McDowell directs Fran to execute purchase orders to senior members of the Eagles Team, who buy what Dr. Burisch has requested. It arrives LIKE MAJIC at the Eagles Workroom (sometimes called a lab ), and a notification is sent to his desktop. Dan then directs the project. When we say that Dan is done working for the government we mean just that: he's done working for the government!
We realize there are some out there who repeat the same tired old statements and catch phrases over and over again, promote hoaxes, make wild claims, and you know what? At the end of every day, we always see that's all they've done. We don't worry over them. We feel in most cases that they use the same things, over and over (like ad hominem attacks 'lie!, lie!' or repetitive statements) because of lack of vocabulary. If they knew what they were talking about, or had a track record of telling the truth, which they don't, people would take them seriously.
We can tell you that right now Eagles has two contracts, is burning hundreds of DVD's at a time, is admin'ing and supporting the presentation of Emanation of the Solfeggio, is preparing for the first ever March Webcast, is due within a day to have a conversation with the people who may be hosting this Fall's presently scheduled Lotus Presentation ("Lotus Blossoms" c.2008 Eagles Disobey), and has already started this year's humanitarian aid efforts.
Oh?!!!! Who do we have contracts with? We can't tell you the name of the companies, because that's CONFIDENTIAL (WE ARE A BUSINESS) .........

A international-based ecology organization, with a contract focused on improved crop production in developing countries, where Dr. Burisch is examining and making recommendations on soil nutrients and additives to increase healthy yields to people so they can increase the health of their children.

While this would excite Dan beyond his ability to describe it he also realizes that if the results show that coherent light is the ONLY source responsible for Lotus, then he would most likely be spending the rest of his life looking at it. Yesterday, we met with two real truth-seekers, over dinner. I believe they are REAL and HONEST or I wouldn't have spent the time. The day before, we did the same...met with researchers...but for slightly different (and extremely important) reasons. I make mistakes...will not ultimately leave this world without "baggage"...but am trying to do "good." I support little of what the former Majestic did, but understand their reasons, yet would see at least 2 of them hang for Crimes Against Humanity, should they be charged, and should I have input. Eagles Disobey has been asked to recount more completely the first meeting between Majestic and Dan. That was debriefed and will be released in the future, perhaps DVD#5.
Dan's first known exposure to a family member of a future Majestic J# occurred in 1973. This occurrence happened during his abduction from Mae Boyar Park. Dan and his parents remember his account that a black triangular kite appeared above him in the park, just before he was abducted. Of course, it was no kite, that was what Dan knew to say, what he knew about the world when he was 9 years old: the shadow looked something like the black bat kites which he and his Grandfather used to proudly fly, both at that park and on the side of the nearby riverbed.
The shadow was cast by an airship - a craft. Dan's first known exposure to a member of Majestic was in the middle 1970's. A future J# showed up at a meeting of the Los Angeles Microscopical Society, walked into the back of the room in the basement of the George C. Page Museum (La Brea Tar Pits, California), pulled his United States Navy lighter from his pocket and when Dan looked toward him, he lighted the lighter in the air, smiled at Dan, and left.
He wanted to let Dan know, years later (1980's), that he had been watched and watched over for MANY years. He knew Dan was bright and would remember. Dan's first known exposure to Majestic (the agency/group/committee) occurred in 1986 as has been told to everyone on numerous occasions.When we are asked when he was first "approached" - we answer when he was approached for work - recruitment. We mean CONSCIOUSLY APPROACHED, IN THE REAL WORLD, WHERE HE MADE A DECISION, not in anyone's fantasy beliefs about the powers that be in our world.
Dan's, Marci's, and the lives of those close to his account (no one on any other forum but those members who have been on this forum, we can TELL you that - we're not wondering or asking - ), their lives have been followed closely. Where they would "end up" and what they would end up doing was known long before they were ever approached.
Dan was first approached by MAJESTIC at 22 years old (1986), six years (1980) after he was first approached for grooming by the Illuminati via members inside the LAMS in Los Angeles (a choice he decided against - even though he didn't know who they were - ), and about 11 years after he was first approached for grooming by the Majestic, when he formally began his association with the LAMS in 1975.

Eagles Disobey stands behind her and all women, who seek redress of grievances, for such comments. In 2009, in the 21st Century, such comments, as those to which she and others have taken offense, should never be made. The misogynistic and overtly reprehensible intimations of reference have been directly spoken to by me. On my instructions, Eagles Disobey has taken other legal actions which we feel is appropriate to the circumstances.
ALL such actions, reference this situation, from Eagles Disobey, have already been overtly made public. We should state, for the record, that it is not only former members of Majestic, but also the New Group, the Illuminati, and even many others who read here.
