Basiago's a very articulate chap -- he sounds a bit like Stanton Friedman, only he speaks a lot faster -- with an incredible story to tell, and like Burisch, gives us quite a lot of the nitty-gritty that is severely lacking in quite a few whistle-blowers. Time travel rears its head again then, only this time it's humans travelling forwards in time to Mars, courtesy of the US Defence department...
