Chibi-Chibi fell from the sky with an umbrella in BSSMStars, and all she could say was "Chibi!". She followed Usagi home, and Ikuko (Usagi's mom) was sure that Chibi-Chibi was Usagi's little sister (kind of like when Chibi-usa posed as Usagi's cousin). Some people believe that Chibi-Chibi is Chibi-usa's future daughter (Usagi's future grandaughter), or even Usagi's second child. Another common belief is that Chibi-Chibi is Usagi's future reincarnate. But in actuality, she is the physical form of Galxia's starseed. Sailor Galaxia is the strongest senshi in the galaxy, so when Chaos attacked, Galaxia tried to fight it alone and sealed it within herslef. Chaos began to take control, and when Galaxia could fight against it no longer, she released her starseed, "the light of hope" in the form of Chibi-Chibi, to find the one who could defeat Chaos. Chibi-Chibi found her way to Earth, and to Eternal Sailormoon. When Eternal Sailormoon fights against Galaxia in episode 200, Sailor Chibi-Chibi turns into a sword for Sailormoon to use. Galaxia shatters the sword and Chibi-Chibi dies.
