• Faced challenges as harsh as the dessert,
• We fought hard for independence.

   

• Lots of warriors and kings fought,
• Against enemies, perished or survived,
• The heroes remain as a legacy,
• Unforgotten for decades.

   

• Now the modern world,
• We face many changes,
• Cities and buildings were built,
• Empty land we truned into plantation,

   

• Malayis,
• Our country now known all over the world,
• Is reaching its developed status,
• By the year 2020, our country will be fully developed.

   

• Our country's greenary remains,
• As its forests are protected,
• Animals almost extinct and endangered,
• Are protected and treated well

   

• Traditions and people we have a lot,
• Malays, Chinese, Indian and other races,
• Different festivals, clothes and dances,
• All by the different races in this country.
