PLOT SUMMARY:

Luc Devereux(Van Damme) must take on S.E.T.H.(White) the super computer that controls the Unisols that has gone out of control once it discovers that the goverment is shutting down the Unisol 2500 operations.

ACTING: D-
As far as acting went in this film Bill Goldberg, Kiana Tom, Van Damme, White and others where terrible and were just unwatchable and dissapointing. One of the worst acting films I've seen.

DIRECTOR:B-
Good story but not put together as good as it could have been but we have to give credit to director Mic Rodgers who makes his directorial debut.

STORY & IDEA:A+
Loved the story and the idea where it wanted to go, but as I said above it was just wasn't a film for director Mic Rodgers to make as his debut.

OVERALL: C+

REASON BEHIND THE RATING:

VIOLENCE: Strong non-stop hardcore action and violence. Not as bad as it sounds once you realize how sci-fi it is.

LANGUAGE: Very brief language.

SEX/NUDITY: Atleast a 20 minute scene at a strip club, also Luc goes into a computer room in the club where phone sex is going on.
