This is a female Chestnut-naped Forktail. Size 20 cm (8 in.). Chestnut crown
and nape, blackish scaled feathers on breast. Wings black with bold white
wingbar. Underparts and rump white; tail black with narrow white bars and
white tip. Legs are flesh pink. In the male the chestnut extends from crown
and nape to upper back. Female entire back chestnut.  Occurs in Myanmar, the
Malay Peninsula to Sumatra and Borneo. Found in hilly country from low
elevations up to 900 m, south to Johore. As with the other forktails it is
usually found near rocky forested stream edges. Hops along and flies low
over ground picking food. Shy. Calls when flying about.

Bird in photo could be a sub-adult as I can still see some yellow in gape
and the uppertail coverts white tail-tips are not showing yet.

Photo below shows the male on the right.
