This is the Mugimaki Flycatcher (Ficedula mugimaki). Size 13 cm (5.25 in).
This is the male and it has dark upperparts with short white supercilium
behind eye, orange rufous throat, breast and upper belly.

This birds breed in eastern Russia and N China and winters in Malaysia,
Phillipines and Gt Sunda. So this bird is a passage migrant and winter
visitor from low elevation to 2000 m. Usually solitary and found on the
lower storey sitting quietly for long periods of time.
