the FujiFilm Finepix 2800 X Zoom
I got this camera in the spring of 2002. I was eager to start taking photos and once I started, it became a hobby. I love the camera. It comes with 6x optical zoom, 2.5 digital zoom, 5 different modes of flash, multi-shot mode, a timer, 60 seconds of movie and sound capture. I've upgraded it a little with a nice boomerang strap and a large Tamarac bag with the gift certificate I won in the 2002 Lakes Country Journal Photography Contest.
