Carolinas One Loft Race

The Race Rules are designed to steer us through this One Loft Race Series and to provide a level playing field for all participants. While we will try and provide provisions for all circumstances that we can imagine, there is always the issue of the unforseen circumstance which arises, in which we will use the rule of fair play and a level playing field as our guideline.

RACE RULES:

1. Birds Accepted from Feb 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010. Replacements accepted through May 28, 2010.

2. Perch Fee is $50 per bird, entry fee is $75 per bird. All fees are due when the birds are shipped. Send 4 birds, get the 5th for free.

3. All prizes based on 300 paid entries.

4. All birds will be vaccinated for PMV and Salmonella upon arrival.

5. Birds remain the property of the breeder. If you want them shipped back send $50 after the race for the return of your birds.

6. All prizes are paid on clocking position.

7. In case of a total smash prize money will be split equally among all birds shipped to the race.

8. In case of a partial smash where less than 30% of the prizes are paid the remaining prize money will be split equally among the birds shipped to the race. A partial smash where more than 30% of the positions are paid but less than 100% the remaining prize money will be split equally between the birds that were clocked.

9. The race will close after 3 days.

10. The race committee's decisions are final.
