To find him go to the chocolate factory and head into the surveillance room. 

Pay $100 and enter Morpheus' ID (His ID number in HW1 is 1439065) as the channel.

You meet Morpheus and he'll ask you to beat him in the Othello game.

Beat him and Mission 3 Complete!
