I
watched this game live on the Internet. ---> I jumped from server to
server.
(I recorded many of my thoughts - in a spiral bound
notebook - as the game was being played.)
Here are a few of my thoughts:
The opening was 'book' for a very long time. (27 moves!! See Pein's commentary, below.)
Many praised Leko's Bishop capture on a6, it did not look that impressive to me.
Most of the experts - including the live commentators - thought that this ending was drawn.
The ending looked static to me, I am not sure if Leko should have won it, with correct play.
I never found a "losing move" ... despite several casual passes through this struggle.
I have so many questions concerning this game ... that I may wind up annotating it.
