Claypot Bread Round II

One more try at Claypot Bread. This time round, I had better luck and the result was promising. As in any engineering experiment, there must be a control so the rest of the dough was baked in the regular way. It was stressful as I did all the baking on Sunday morning and the main task was actually to bake an apple pie for a birthday gathering.
