Darwin Electoral Commission Office in Darwin 10 May 2007.
Darwin Electoral Commission office ( Mr Greg Hibble ) is dictating who has the right to be on The Australian Electoral Roll and remove names without notice Mr David Tollner local 'Federal Member' Voted for this !.
In this now Electoral application form to be under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 and the Northern Territory Electoral Act 2004.
I would ask how then can YOUS COMBINE these two acts or is this yet again just another case that yous in Darwin are seeking more information that yous are just NOT entitled to.
Odd to see so many local Parliamentarians and Territorians commiting political suicide in that most just dont know that they have!.
However this is one of the few little ducks up here that fights back it would have been good to see a few other fellow Territorians and Australians do the same instead of them worrying in if they rock the boat they may not have a job...Thats what they call FREEDOM !.
So now in that ( I do and we do have rights ) like all other fellow Territorians and Australians in which I will now choose to exercise at least a small proportion of at least some of these rights in now bringing to light in disposing of certain matters which on looking at whats been happening does effect each one of us all in so many different ways in our daily lives.
I would there for hope that this written article will open the eyes to many other fellow Australians to be more vigilant of who is in their back yard in that as of today 27-May-2007 concerning matters which came to light on the 10-May-2007 its now been 17 days that has passed without resolve considering the following having taken place.
There for perhaps some paid public servant may now reap the whirl wind in them having started something that they were not prepared for in whats taken place in having falsely thought perhaps that they were being so smart.
There for since I having given a lot of my own time over to these events in which such matters should not have had to come around in the manner in which they did in that I would have expected that at least there would have been a written notification rather than two telephone conversations.
How times have changed indeed when it comes to our rights now adays.
Its a sad day indeed in that our elected members and public servants will not and refuse not to help the people to which they themselfs put themselfs up to serve the people.
There for it is now hoped that this article will help other fellow Territorians and Australians from all over in bringing to light such ( belligerance and devious ways ) that these public servants ( persons ) do get up too in NOT giving service or serving our communities in a positive way at least here in The Northern Territory.
So please take note at the scanned documents that are at the bottom of this article in that you can view for yourself this Northern Territory Electoral Commission enrolment form which has been issued by The Darwin Electoral Commission.
I would point out to every one just have a good look at this document in that seeing how any one can access or distribute YOUR personal information without YOU having any lines of redress if you sign it !.
Its very odd to note that some political members and public servants names are NOT on that Electoral Roll ?.
Also what has to be noted is the lacking in that under Federal law acts that such a document has to have NO marking of any kind on such a document in that being an application in which could ID any persons other than just the signature to such a document as long as it was signed infront of a JP.
On reading this so called Electoral Commission enrolment application form I sighted the fact I could not sign this document even if I wanted to seeing how there was NO statement of protection in that there was ( NO declared acts of coverage on that enrolment application form.
In that there was NO acts of compliance anywhere stated on that enrolment application in clear and precise terms in matters as regards to rights of ( Privacy & Confidentiality ) or under what part of ( Administrative Laws ) these rights of protection was being afforded to us Australians.
In that there was NO protection or statement of assurity of any kind done by Electoral Commission office in Darwin let alone even its to be The Australian Electoral Commission Office that my information and that of other family members would have as regards to confidentiality and privacy and under what right of reply would we have in administering our own affairs none of this was stated anywhere on this so called document anywhere on this Electoral Commission application and as we all know up here in the Northern Territory in ASSUMING ANYTHING is the mother of all STUFF UPs.
Odd that the Electoral Commission office in Darwin seem to think that YOUR personal information is theirs !.
Let alone the fact that this Sub contractor ( Mr John Doe ) from the Darwin Electoral Commission just having intimidated me along with having threatened me on my own property.
I was also told at that point by this Sub contractor ( Mr John Doe ) that WE had BEEN REMOVED FROM ( THE Australian Electoral Roll ) even before we could make any enquiries with the Electoral Office as to why.
I have to ask how could this sub contractor ( Mr John Doe ) Know all this if indeed he was NOT PREEMPTED BEFORE HAND !.
How could anyone know this if it did not come from ourselfs in the first place ?.
The dirty deed was already done even before this Sub contractor ( Mr John Doe ) came to see us.
I would wonder who feels so threatened to do such a thing ...But this is Darwin dont forget.
Nice to see how secure the Electoral Office is now a days...Isn't it.
But here we have it yet once again The Darwin Syndrome ...as long as it looks good she will be right mate !.
Odd too is the fact in seeing how Darwin public servants are now administering Commonwealth acts but dont want to take responsibility when things go wrong.
As for even the NEW Northern Territory Privacy Office did not want to know but all wanted my information but tried passing me onto the Commonwealth Privacy office ?... how odd is that I thought that the Privacy act was administered under " FEDERAL " thereby its The Commonwealth.
Let alone the fact that now The Northern Territory Privacy Office is now in part ignoring whats happening here locally in that this ( LOCAL Darwin Electoral Commission Office ) is now administering ( Commonwealth Electoral Acts ) pertaining to The Australian Electoral Roll in them now combining these acts WITH The Northern Territory Electoral Act 2004.
Just what is the whole point then of having such a Northern Territory Privacy Office if in fact its NOT going to take responsibility or make accountable ( LOCALLY administrated decisions ) that HAVE BEEM administered by ( Northern Territory Departments ) that having been the case why should any persons subjected to this also have to be incumbered into fixing out such a ( Locally created mess ) in having to phone around Australia into seeing some one about getting such a mess fixed out when it is NOT of their own doing !...I mean what came first the chicken or the egg here !.
But firstly least have a look at all this but in whats more to the point is that some one out there is trying to take the heat OFF themselfs in them falsely thinking that they could stir up the pot and get away with it all so lets hope now in that what comes around also goes around in that person / persons will regret the day that they tried to be just so smart...I guess old habits die hard up here in that some only know how to get themselfs in the crap further in thats what they do best.
So lets have a look at some of these facts so far in that according to ( Mr Greg Hibble ) at The Darwin Electoral Commission office that all personal information has to be up to date as they could be voting in the wrong Electorate and my paper work is not in order!.
Good point on that one.
However ( Mr Greg Hibble ) at the Darwin Electoral Commission Office it seems you will have to eat your own words on that score in regards you even knowing your own Territory let alone even anyone in The Northern Territory Government.
I having taken time out to fix yet again Darwin problems in my investigation into these matters I have come across a few facts that you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) ( Mr David Tollner ) along with ALL in The Northern Territory Government have NOT done in that the fact to be noted is there was NO reference to The City of Palmerston as being the correct declared place of residence.
But rather it was viewed that your Darwin Electoral Commission Office just used a geographical reference to Palmerston this I find odd seeing how our Northern Territory Capital is The City of Darwin in which it used to be called Palmerston.
In which yous ALL are still now using so how can anyone refer to a suburb if its not in a Town or City if you are only refering geographically to a site of land on a map as being Palmerston in that there are no suburbs in a geographical reference.
I would also now enquire with you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) at the Darwin Electoral Commission Office if you have that information up to date on your data base too seeing how this can then reflect on not only the ( past Eclectoral process ) but also on ( current Electoral process) in that NOT having such Elections in the past having NOT been declared null and void !.
Seeing that the fact that The Palmerston City Council, Alderman and members have called our CITY of ....Palmerslum !
It also a said fact too that if such elected members upon request such as I did to Mr David Tollner 'Federal Member ' Office cannot or will not get back to a person then how can any person support them now 17 days later.
So what is the use of having such a local administrator if all they are going to do is NOTHING when being advised by the person concerned or are they like so many others in Darwin that prefer just to listen to hear say and ignore the person concerned ?.
There for how then can The Australian Electoral Commission Office in Darwin keep accurate records of enrolment if it does not recognise our City of Palmerston as a CITY in which it has been so since 2000.
I would enquire if this fact was also on the Northern Territory Electoral Roll ( See, Mayor Annette Burke JP, and City Council Members letter of the 23-March-2007 ).
One other point ( Mr Greg Hibble ) and ( Mr David Tollner ) in that the Now proclaimed and declared City of Palmerston as of 2000 used to be once called " Satellite City of the North " as shown to be on some maps done by the Northern Territory Government and where our Northern Territory Capital now stands being The City of Darwin it used to be called Palmerston before it was renamed!.
The name of PALMERSTON was originally given to the early settlement of Darwin in 1855 to honour the then Prime Minister of Britain, Lord Palmerston (Henry John Temple) The name of Palmerston finally disappeared and years later the name Darwin was adopted as the official name of the capital.
These points may also cover your so called application form in that the dates on the back of that form in what yous have stated on this Electoral application form to be under The Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 and The Northern Territory Electoral Act 2004.
I believe that back in 1918 The British Empire ruled Australia and I still see to this date in that Chief of state is Queen ELIZABETH II (since 6 February 1952), represented by the Australian Governor General head of government Administrator Evan WILLIAMS (since 1 November 2003) The monarch is hereditary; administrator appointed by the governor general of Australia and represents the monarch and Australian Legal systems under the authority of the governor general of Australia and Australian law ..God Save The Queen.
So why would you or others seek to vary this now ?.
Odd to have viewed how whats been called ( The Australian Electoral Commission Office in Darwin ) is and has not been in compliance or complied with declared laws and acts in their use in complying their own rules in accordance let alone not having been recognising our " City of Palmerston " even after its having been declared a CITY since 2000 !.
Always nice to see how such accuacy over a long time coming out of paid public servants odder still that there has been NO word forth coming over these many years from ANY local or federal Northern Territory Electoral members about all these facts in that is this not supposed to be part of their job to know isn't that what we paid them for to supposedly look after such matters and Australian Citizens !.
MATTERS OF PROOF OF IDENTITY:
Concerning you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) of The Australian Electoral Commission Office in Darwin in that you stated you could not accept my application without proof of Identity.
Which is out right odd seeing to the fact that you had been discussing my matters and my family matters on a Telephone line with me for some 40 minutes !.
Its odder still too the fact that it was you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) who rang me not ( once ) but ( Twice ) to my home phone number !.
Odd too without proof of Identity then WHY was you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) discussing matters of a personal and confidential nature with me on a Telephone line if you did not know who you were talking to ...I could have been joe blow from the out back !.
This proof of Identity is just out right crap and its interfering with ALL of our declared and expressed right so why do we need to have signed a green piece of paper in front of a JP many years ago why even have a " Judge " if seeing that every Tom, Dick or Harry can interfere with all these rights.
It seems that you too ( Mr David Tollner 'Federal Member') it was you that was also instrumental in bringing such matters on board concerning this move on citizens in PROOF OF IDENTITY.
Odd that ANY ONE WOULD NEED ANY ID AT ALL IN SUCH MATTERS SO AS TO BE GIVEN INTO JUST A AGENCY BEING Northern Territory SEEING HOW SOME OF US SIGNED IN FRONT OF A ( JP ) AND WE AUSTRALIANS ALL PAY TAXES AND WE DONT HAVE TO HAVE ANY ID TO PAY THEM SEEING TOO WE ONLY HAVE ONE PERSONAL TAX FILE NUMBER !.
( Mr David Tollner 'Fedral Member') On I contacting your office by Telephone on 10-May-2007 I also note what you have posted yourselfs as being at " The Oasis shopping center Palmerston " should that not be PALMERSTON CITYat lest ?.
Odd to see how a local Northern Territory 'Federal Member' that does not know his own back yard let alone NOT knowing that works in a CITY in which his work location is about 900 meters in a straight line down the road FROM The City of Palmerston Council Chambers for the past 7 years.
I would wonder as to how you can get paid seeing how you have the wrong address for your place of work ?.
I was told by your staff just to reapply for Enrolment as they could not see any problems in what I told them in that your office would NOT recognise these failings or the fact that I and my wife had already attended to these matters so some 30 years ago and the fact that we did vote at the last election in we having submitted an absentee vote.
I would also draw your attention to some what the condescending attitude that came out of your office in what was expressed to me in that when I informed your office of these matters and concerning matters about our CITY of Palmerston which I put on my web site I was told I should keep up the good work !.
I would have to ask WHY the hell is there a need to do so in that why should I have to do so at all seeing how we pay you and your likes good moneys to supposedly be looking after these matters in the first place when in turn I dont get a cent for cleaning up the likes of your mess.
And you were the one that VOTED on this PROOF OF IDENTITY and you dont know where your own local office is !.

Odder too that ( The Australian Electoral Roll ) is supposed to be " Public Property " but this could just be another Darwin thing given over by The Northern Territory Electoral Commission Office in Darwin.
In like yourselfs in whats been stated by ( Northern Territory Electoral Commission Office in Darwin ) that The Australian Electoral Commission Office in Darwin does not like to give out a copy of that roll to residents that ask for it.
But would rather encumber citizens to go without.
How things have changed for the worst now a days.
LINES OF RESOLUTION:
I would ASK yous all firstly to put your own house in order before trying to dictate to me and others with your threats and intimidation.
Seeing that you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) with your concerns about we being in the correct Electric or zone in that I would now call for a full investigation into why all Northern Territory Electoral members be it Local, federal or public servants as to why in the past 10 years yous have all NOT recognised and dealt with these FACTS.
There is also yet a few other facts that The Commonwealth Electoral Office and The Darwin Electoral Commission Office will now have to investigate and consider very carefully indeed seeing how our recent out going ' Mayor ' Annette Burke JP, and all City Council Alderman and members have stated in their Official response to me in called it " Palmerslum " !.
I would there for also enquire as to such " Proof of Identity " and correctness even exist of such matters having taken place since 2000.
In that I would charge you ( Mr Greg Hibble ) and your Electoral Commission Office in Darwin to seek out such matters will all members of The Palmerston City Council seeing how that ( Annette Burke JP, and all The City Council Members that are in the current " City of Palmerston Chamber " have NOT been telling the truth.
In reading that letter from ALL members of The Palmerston City Council in which they have stated that the current City Council did NOT acknowledge our " CITY " of Palmerston untill 2005 !.
Just how odd are these facts seeing how " The CITY of Palmerston was decleard a CITY in 2000 " in that ALL property values and taxes went up in 2000 after that proclumation of our CITY of Palmerston now more than just a geographical reference on a map but odder still that ALL City Council Alderman and members of " The CITY of Palmerston " did not accept that fact.
I would now charge The Darwin Electoral Commission Office in that YOUS should be looking into ALL THESE FACTS as to WHY NOT ALL in The City of Palmerston Council, Alderman and members have NOT got their own paper work in order and have NOT done so for many years !.
But still ALL had conducted elections under the name of Palmerston, Satellite City of the North and now " Palmerslum " instead of what was called The Township of Palmerston and NOTthe correctly declared and proclaimed " CITY of Palmerston since 2000 ".
( Mr Greg Hibble ) and ( Mr David Tollner ) and ( Karen in The New Northern Territory Privacy Office in Darwin ) all get your facts straight.
I would now expect that all matters pertaining to me and my family members in being put back on the Electoral Roll to be carried out forth with and for all of us to each to be notified in writing that these matters have been correctly done.
I will now advise The Australian Taxation Office of these events and apply to them for dispensation as an Australian Citizen and an Australian tax payer seeing how I have been paying taxes to government officials under false pretence in which my declared rights and expressed rights are being interfered with by so many trumped up bureaucrats that deem themselfs as being in charge of YOUR Information.
I can only but view all these actions whats been done to our personage as being acts of aggression.
