The Laundering of Australian Water Bills and what of the GST.

Isn't it odd that we don't hear about " ALL " the moneys that each one of us have paid to our own state water authorities over these many years let alone this fact we also having had now in the past 10 + years having to also pay " GST TAX on top of our water bills " too ?.

I would have to ask then just where has ALL these moneys gone to !.

After all the water authority in each state are supposed to be looking after our infrastructure in that the expansion of our city's and towns are in their domain along with the fact we have a " census " to supposedly cover this fact which again the Australian Tax payer has paid for to be done.

But what also of all the moneys we paid to our city and town Councils and along with state planning authoritys for " Planning Permission " in that moneys were also supposed to go in support our infrastructure in it being able to support such expansion of our " cities and towns " in it even having the recourse to support all of these new buildings seeing too that we also pay these cities and town Councils " Rates and Taxes " along with " water rates +GST."

And we do know too that the GST is Federal Tax not a state tax so here we have State and Federal Government ripping us all OFF.

It is also a fact that for the past 10 years Australia has been in a " Drought " so one has to ask why has there not been more " Incatchment areas " laid down to hold this precious resource " Water " as with out water we are now looking down the barrel at " Famine " we have been seeing our own Australian farmers walking off their land due to this one factor alone.

We have also been seeing Big Business trying to get a strangle hold over our water resources in that this then is the Laundering of Australian Water and infrastructure.

There for WHY have ALL these state and local governments not been using this money that they have been collecting from us so as to have put into place new dams and or water filtration units over these many years since the cost of water has gone up markedly high during these past years.

As to the " GST TAX " well this seems to have also fallen down into a black hole as NO one seems to know exactly where this proportion of the moneys has gone either !.

I think all of this recent hipe concerning water in Australia is a slap in the face to the Australian public in that to also be asked to pay for something again in which the Australian public have indeed already paid for 10 times over is intolerable.

I would look to seek an Audit to be done in to having it carried out on these Local and Government water Authority's in each state in that they are all suffering from the same lack of forsight in which they have all done the same thing ...nothing!.

So how odd is that !.

Its not a case of " She will be right " or indeed now been asked to drink water that is reconstituted from effolant.

NO I want to know " WHY " has it come to this due to the ineptitude of our so called Government Officials.

Please don't say its the drought as that has already been the battle cry for the past 10 years as its been with us all that time.

NO what I want to know and I think that every Australian should know just where has all the moneys gone to that should have been put back into our infrastucture over these many years to off set such a travesty that is prolific through out the whole of Australia.

I would call for a full Judicial inquiry into all these matters from a Administrative law and point of view along with obtaining as to why these so called Authoritys and heads for departments cannot do their job correctly to which then they should not be in such a job that has shown such an impact on all our lives.

As we all have been hearing ever so much in the news and indeed coming forth from our Prime minister and elected members of Parliament that each Australian has to have the skills as to be qualified for the job at hand.

Then this same proviso must then equally be applied to our own Government heads and employees along with these same Authoritys and heads for departments that have taken and been charging TAX, to which our own Government official, and our own ellected MP's live in these same towns and Citys and yet they have said nothing over these many years.

Why then is there a double standard when it comes to being asked to paying for something and indeed having to pay an out right Government TAX when no one is taking the responsibility of these matters but yet have the cheek to charge moneys and tax for something that we are not getting.

What then is the point of Australians having paid good moneys and Tax's out for having done " A Census " if indeed its not been used to support our infrastructure and future.

This whole matter just makes a complete laughing stock out of our government process and out of normal Australians for not taking to task the heads of these government departments in which we as Tax payers pay them a damn good wage.

There is the law of " Public Accountability " where NO ONE has yet stated clearly just who is going to be footing the bill for all this ...but no prizes for guessing now !.
