It is odd that my Registered Post article to yous of the 23-February-2007 has been returned to me " UNDELIVERED " which is out right odd seeing how the address on the front of that Registered letter to yous was taken from this years 2007 current "Telstra's Yellow Pages " and " The Darwin Local Directories phone book" so its odd that Australia Post at Winnellie could not deliver my mail to you.
However on my investigation with Australia Post today 28-Febuary-2007 at 3-25pm with my contact with " mel " at the Winnellie Central mail office she has confirmed that this Registered letter was taken out for delivery to yous but it was " Declined to be accepted by yous " there for which is now making it having been refused by yous as to be served.
AS to why your very belligerent nonchalont and arrogant persona I fail to comprehend other than perhaps its the fact that you like to be known as " Southern Cross TV Darwin " and perhaps seeing it was addressed to " The Manager Channel 7 known also as Southern Cross TV Darwin." that has upset the apple cart here with yous.
This is odd at any rate seeing how the address is one of the same and there for is correctly addressed but also we here in the Northern Territory see that yous call yourselfs " Southern Cross TV Darwin " but also use " The CH7 Logo " and water mark at the bottom right hand corner in your TV transmitted signals.
There for here now are your posted advertised and contact details which I have scanned the pages of the above "Telstra's Yellow Pages " and " The Darwin Local Directories phone book" please take note of the posted address as being Suite 5/90 Ross Smith Ave, Fannie Bay.
What has to also be noted here is the fact that yous left out your post code and what City you are in.
