I see this as abuse and misuse of the your supposedly Australian broadcasting network for your own vested interests with out due concern or care for the rest of Australia and you are also misleading Australia and indeed the Australian consumer in what you say and do are two different things in not only NOT supporting our community but you are not employing our own Australian actors here in Australia let alone supporting Australia in general.
So how then can you state on air as you having been supporting our local community when this is not the case
at all as far as I can see let alone what you have been demonstrating to air yourselfs over so many years no matter
what state or Territory you have been broadcasting in.
I would have also to ask you just why are you also doing advertisements in which Children under the age of 12 years old are being used ?.
When under Australian law a Child under 12 years of age have in Law NO rights !.
And yet we hear and see such exploitation of children on our TV in them also having been used up here in the Northern Territory in doing TV commercials in even having them selling products or representing a business or company.
This then is Child exploitation and abuse.
As we have been seeing more and more such exploitation of our Children on Australian TV all in the name of
making a " dollar " every thing from selling Breakfast cereals, Muesli bars, cars, nappies, cost care, and asking
for donations and these are just a few examples.
So what law does ( Bindi Irwin ) come under seeing that she is a minor who is paraded on our TV channels as a commodity to which you channel 9 TV network have been making moneies out of such broadcasts in also you having actively been promoting such child abuse all in the name of making a dollar.
Yet any other child would not be afforded the same freedom remembering here that we are talking about a minor yet if a child was to do the collecting for sweets they were looked on as children being exploited to gain illegal funds such has been portayed in the past by your own news and current affairs programs.
And yet we see so much having taken place on our own TV networks ... So why this double standard !.
Why then didn’t you report the abuse done by our own Territory Government and child protection services when they kidnapped children from the school and displaced them here in the Northern Territory just last year.
I also see all this as yous not being in compliance to the acts in relation to Australian law and under your licencing
conditions as set by The Australian ACMA in your content along with yous having been broadcasting such matters for your own exclusive use in having also been repetitive broadcasting the same content in the use of that TV network for your own personal and vested interests with disregard to these laws in also having such contempt of the Australian consumer in which you are not showing , demonstrating or being supportive to the Australian TV community under which your broadcasting licence is issued in being supposedly a lawful Australian Broadcaster.
How can or have you bypassed such Australian laws for so many years with such immunity is Australia blind completely.
I would then ask just where are the Australian Child protection services or State and Federal Lawyers since they too must have seen these advertisements in the use of Children on our TV networks also where is this legislation that is suppossed to protect such exploitation of children these are unlawfull acts in what you are doing.
What is also ironic here is that " childrens beauty pageants " are also looked on as exploitation of children and which has to be noted is the " FACT " that a ( parent ) or ( parents ) cannot take a video tape or photograph of their own " child or children " at a school pantomine so how can there be TV commercial in a school or school yard haveing been shown on our TV sets ?.
Were then these facts of such gestapo tactics too hot to handle...Its nice to see how a Child is safe in Australia.
