So it odd that your Ch 9 broadcasting network can not localy see these facts seeing how there was the Township of
Palmerston before there was now The City of Palmerstion.
I do hope that I have made myselfs transpartinly clear.
However it still seems to this day that your broadcasting network does not observe even other lwas of longer standing or these lawful acts of compliance in which you seem to think that your network is impervouse or above the letter of the law or acts of compliance.
What also has to be noted here too now is the fact that over many months now is the fact that your local TV station keeps switching the on air video output standard of the Free to Air TV signal from the post standard transmission format into that your station has been switching on air into " letter box " and then to some " HD TV " signal format and then back again to standard transmission once again all having been viewed on a standerd TV set !.
If you are incapable of staying with in your allocated and gazzetted transmission standards I would suggest that
you get some one in your station that can comply with ALL The Australian Communications & Media Authority
posted standards of Transmission in regards to which standerd being approved to which channel has been assigned
and keep with in that standard on which you are broadcasting all of which is a part of your broadcasting licence requirement and specifications to complying with as stated by The Australian Communications & Media Authority conditions.
So why haven't yous been doing so?.
I would now look to cite Ch 9 broadcasting network under the acts of " Non compliance " in which the onus is on
yous all to comply.
In which throughout your broadcasting network yous been and continued to " Non compliance " in mislead the local community along with Australia Nationally and the International coummunities with your brodacsting of misinformation in yous having also distributed such misinformation over many years in your use of your public TV broadcasting licence, and in your use of your broadcasting networks and that too of your Multi medium internet feeds in that yous have also been trafficing in the abuse and exploitation of Australian Children on air and on the internet for years against the Australian prohibated acts.
Along with broadcasting network not been stating the true declared lawful facts about " The City of Palmerston ".
I will also await on your reply to all these matters however I will also now make application to The Australian Communications & Media Authority ( ACMA ) concerning all these matters of your local stations abnd your broadcasting networks under the acts of " Non compliance " and as to why yous are failing to comply with all these lawfull acts of compliance in that you have chosen ignore your broadcasting licence requirement and specifications and insisting to ignore declared lawful facts in you having continually been misrepresenting these facts concerning even your trafficing in abuse and exploitation of Australian Children along with having done so for years even concerning your broadcasting abuse of " The City of Palmerston " as not being a delcared City along with failing to correct all these your falling over some 20 years and concerning the City of Palmerston in the past 7 years.
All this so far does not also say or show to much of our own MLA’s or local parliamentarians in our Northern Territory Government as I would sure hope that they can hear, see, and read.but at least they look good on polling day as thats the only time that they fully realise that they are there to serve the public and not the public there to serve them so isn’t it odd then that they seem to think other wise the rest of the years in office ?.
Along with not complying with all your specifications and all lawfaull acts under you public broadcasting
licence in that which you are " Not in compliance " also to of the public accountability and the public responsibility act of Australia in yous having also shown that youselfs to be also incable of understanding let alone obsering and complying with let alone not even having shown any self regultory proceedures.
