This was in response to my complaint of commitment to them of the 28-March-2007 concerning their Network and the abuse done to Australians on that Network but in that on the " Today Tonight " news segment of the 27 March 2007 in my complaint of commitment in matters of that network in having and are still insisting in breaking the laws of Australia as well as in relation to matters of Endangering Children, Child exploitation & abuse, and failing to comply with all the acts of compliance in them airing matters of such abuse done on that network in regards to The Hon Fran Bailey MP in her having been aired on national TV & radio along with also being posted on the Seven Network Limited Multi Media internet posting of a news item concerning The Hon Fran Bailey MP in her abuse of a Child.

Let alone that also the Seven Network Limited had posted and exposed children to danger in their abuse of such a Network.

I am pleased to have read and I have taken note of the fact that ( The Seven Network Limited ) acknowledges The City of Palmerston now perhaps all you have to do is to instruct your Channel 7 Darwin office to do the same !.

However it seems you are still having major problems it seems in fully acknowledging ALL the ACT's of compliance when they have been writen down very clearly for you and other Commercial broadcasts to follow by The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to which they are clearly your REGULATORY Body of which you and other Australian Commercial Television, Radio & Multi Media Broadcasters in Australia should be adhering to as to why yous are and have not this is the question which will have to be addressed by yous all.

I would there for enphasize to any reader as regards too that this "Commercial Television Industry Code of practice-July 2004 " which I received from The Seven Network Limited has got nothing what so ever to do with the acts of compliance as stated by The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

So how odd indeed to have been given a copy of this " Commercial Television Industry Code of practice -July 2004 " from you when its clear to see,hear and read that you dont adhere to your own self regulation at all of which this so called " Commercial Television Industry Code of practice -July 2004 " is and nothing more its not even worth the paper its written on.

I dont take kindly to having such matters of importance to all Australians in them trying to side track or debunk them.

However on reading this self regulation " Commercial Television Industry Code of practice -July 2004 " perhaps you should read just page 30 of that so called SELF REGULATORY DOCUMENT and combine some of what is written on just that one page alone and embrace it into your advertisement & Multi Media broadcasts in yous having and are still using children in yous having Endangered Children, Child exploitation & Child abuse, in failing to comply with all the acts of compliance as set down by the ACMA this along with other Commercial Television and Multi Media Broadcasters in Australia all having been doing the same in breaking the law all in the name of making a buck !.

Some what of the lemming Syndrome ....In that IF they can do it then we can do it too !.
