To Whom Ever this may concern,
Odd to have read on your web site that you do not have or got any mailing address or fax number for your " Today
Tonight " office in our capital city of Darwin there for I will send this into your Channel Seven Adelaide Office in
the hope that you will recive this my Complaint.
In that Tonight Tuesday 27-March-2007 we have seen on our TV sets once again on ( Ch 7 today tonight )
program in whats been seen as a child being exploited by this media in that Channel 7 Australian TV broadcasting
station also we have heard ( Two Australian Federal Ministers ) that would go along with such Child exploitation and
abuse in which the Child exploitation/pornography threat acts of Australia also covers.
In that the two ( Ch 7 today tonight ) stories having been reported by Ch 7 in Brisbane firstly on ( Minister for
education ) in that we now have seen and heard a ( Ch 7 today tonight crew ) and ( The Minister for education )
going into a school then proceeding to film with children around them and then indeed showing children in their
school class rooms as well as in the school grounds in that ( Ch 7 today tonight crew ) also interviewing that (
Minister for education ).
This is yous putting at ( risk children ) which any one of them could have been under the care of the welfare
department in which yous ( idiots ) having no consideration were endangering these children by exposing them on
your ( Ch 7 today tonight ) program.
In that also under Federal Law you had NO right what so ever to even be in that school filming any child at all let
alone children which were not your own.
Then we have also seen on your ( Ch 7 today tonight ) your second story which covered an ( 8 year old Child ) once
again in that you had interviewed The Hon Fran Bailey MP, ( Minister for Small Business and Tourism) concerning (
Bindi Irwin ).
In that ( Hon Fran Bailey MP) The Minister for Small Business and Tourism seemed to be more interested in how
much money was coming into Australia in the use of ( Bindi Irwin ) in that Bindi Irwin was viewed to be a
( commodity ) in being a good draw card for Tourism and Small Business let alone that ( Bindi Irwin ) is only 8
years old and under Federal Law she has no rights and there for is open to Child exploitation in which your ( Ch 7
today tonight ) and ( Hon Fran Bailey MP) The Minister for Small Business and Tourism projected so well tonight in
which yous capitulated very well in your exploitation of a Child.

Channel Seven Today Tonight program.
Endangering children, Child exploitation /abuse, failing to comply with the acts of compliance.
I am more than disgusted that a Minister would stoop so low to use a Child as a meal ticket in only seeing dollor signs how ever ( Hon Fran Bailey MP ) will have to do some explaining to Parliament for such abuse.
In Fran Bailey why then would you refer to a child as an embassador if she was not being veiwed as a meal ticket ?.
In this ( Hon Fran Bailey MP, Minister for Small Business and Tourism ) and your own ( Ch 7 today tonight ) program seems to have also taken to " Non compliance " of the laws of Australia in yous all showing such contempt for Australian Laws which having been posted for the past 10 years concerning ( The Australian Child protection/exploitation Acts ).
Let alone the fact that these are laws and that your ( Ch 7 today tonight ) as well as ( Hon Fran Bailey MP, Minister for Small Business and Tourism ) are breaking these Child protection laws which are covered under Federal law act's.
In which covers such as Child exploitation, ( Child exploitation/pornography threat acts of Australia ) in which you have broken these laws by airing and exposing Children to air on your TV network.
In whats been noted that all ( Hon Fran Bailey MP ) was looking at tonight on Ch 7 today tonight program was just how much money ( Bindi Irwin ) could earn as a ( commodity ) for australia in that ( Fran Bailey ) did not take note of these facts of law as a Minister in this act of child abuse and exploitation.
The Federal ( Child exploitation/pornography threat acts of Australia ) has been in force for the past ten years then why has this fact been ignored by these ministers along with your Channel 7 commercial TV broadcasters such as yourselfs todate.
Can these laws be ignored seeing how they are ( Law's ) as it seems that no one with in you Channel 7 TV network or it seems too our own government seems to be taking any responsibility to ensure that these Federal laws are enforced seeing how children can be treated as a ( commodity ) as it seems some are more valuable than others.
Can you please get back to me on these matters as I am sick and fed up with this double standard of Child exploitation being done and seen on commercial TV broadcasting stations.
Channel 7 I would seek a preservation order with you of the broadcasted contents of these your reports in which you aired so as to be viewed as evidence.
I would want to know why and how can yous get away with airing such abuse all in the name of making a " Buck " !.
I will await your reply before I take further action up with the ACMA and Child protection Services here in Australia.
