I would then propose the following to yous that perhaps the local residents of The City of Palmerston who are tax payers and rate payers of The City of Palmerston could apply to the Northern Territory Government for a full refund of taxes as a "Town" rather than having paid Tax rates as a " City " in that Tax and rate payers having paid out good moneys in the first place to have the then palmerston declared The City of Palmerston in 2000.
Since the fact that the Northern Territory Government did not even put " The City of Palmerston " on any current maps even when The City of Palmerston " was declared a City in 2000.
That was until 2002 as it was I that took " The Northern Territory Government " to task on that issue where the Residents paid for this to have taken place in the first instance which did not happen in 2000 as you know there is a proceedure to follow in declaring a " City " and these too were never observed at that time and it still seems to this day that you and these TV stations still do not observe these lawful acts of compliance.
I am looking now at citing you under the acts of " Non compliance " and " Failing to Correct " that of the public accountability and responsibility acts in yous having been and continued to mislead the local community along with
the Australian Nationally and international communities with your misinformation in yous having distributed such misinformation over many years in your use too of your Multi medium internet feeds that yous have not stated the true declared lawful facts about " The City of Palmerston ".
I will also await on your reply to this matter however I will also now make application to the ACMA concerning these matters too of your Non compliance as to why you are failing to comply with the acts of compliance and insisting to ignore declared facts in you having continually been misrepresenting these facts concerning " The City of Palmerston " as being a declared City.
I would also ask whats happened to all the moneys that over the past 20 years that the " Palmerston town council " and now the New " City of Palmerston council " has been making moneys out of the Palmerston City dump.
The reason I am asking this is the fact that is it not true that some millions of dollars a year have been made out of the collection and dumping of " returnable cans and bottles " through out all this time in that for a few hundred dollars worth of fuel to take these " returnable cans and bottles " down south so as to claim the ( 5 cent deposit ) on each can and bottle that was given into the dump as there was NO recycling plant up here for many years.
So has The City of Palmerston Council paid any TAX or GST on this money seeing too that the local community put this money into our local community in the first place.
I would ask where has all this money gone to seeing too how we as a " City " still do not have any open 24/7 medical centre like what " The Farrah Medical Centre " was supposed to be a Community Medical Centre what of all these Government grants that was supposed to be put into such a Community Medical Centre where has all this money gone to ?.
Lets not only see just the younger person's and familys that are not covered but more importantly what of the elderly that live in The City of Palmerston area.
Where then is The City of Palmerston Hospital ?.
Also is the fact we still only have a part time police station at Palmerston City that has posted fixed opening hours here in the City of Palmerston, but also is known as " The Palmerston Police station" instead of it being called " The City of Palmerston Police station " or The Palmerston City Police station seeing how its right across the road from The Palmerston City Council office.
Just where is the insurance act here or the act of public responsibility and accountability lie here as seeing that just in
the past 7 years there has been nothing done for the health care of the residents of The City of Palmerston .
In fact there is NO medical cover for them either such as having an open 24/7 Community medical centre like what " The Farrah Medical Centre " was supposed to be in that any elderly persons have to go all the way into Darwin to the Darwin Hospital and wait on average 6 hrs or more to see a doctor.
