Which in itself says a lot about him misrepresenting himself to us voters of The City of Palmerston to which he says he represents but still does NOT use or call our City as The City of Palmerston but rather would call it Palmerston.

Its also interesting too that this " Helen " whom seems to be his secretary seems to be acting on his behalf also even as a mouth piece when " David Tollner " is away yet once again as it seems to this writer that David Tollner is never in his office and does not like getting back to any person that leaves a message in that he seems to be unavailable at all other times even it seems that messages left for him to make contact don't seem to be get beyond this " Helen " I would ask why can't any of yous in that public office comply with any of the acts of compliance as public servants as even a secretary has a duty to comply with the specifications of her job that's if she is any good at what she does at all.

However what has to be mostly noted about " Helen " it seems that although she knows full well that The City of Palmerston does exist she and David Tollners office does not want to address our CITY as being a City at all or even to discuss this matter in which that public office has been misrepresenting our City of Palmerston. In fact if " Helen " does not want to know she often hangs up on the phone even when a resident of the City of Palmerston is making a complaint concerning our City in which she does not want to hear.

This demonstrous behaviour coming from a public office is indeed odd in any form what so ever in that such persons in a public office would behave with such anti-social tendencies in not taking note of a resident of the City of Palmerston to which that office claims to serve seeing too how there has been so much illegal activity taking place with in the City of Palmerston and at all levels of government with in the Northern Territory.

These matters as to why David Tollner and his office is not complying with the lawfully declared acts of compliance concerning just the City of Palmerston or indeed to his office of public responsibilities and duties of office will have to be addressed fully in law and then we also have the matters as to why David Tollner and his office keep failing to represent and address the residents and tax payers of the City of Palmerston fully.

As stated by you " Helen " today in that I should put my complaints of Commitment in writing so hear at your demandes here is that complaint of Commitment also you stated that you got our address and all other residences address from the Darwin Australian Electoral Commission and I should take that matter up with the Darwin Australian Electoral Commission if my address is wrong ?.

I find this hard to understand such a statement from you " Helen " as I knowing that it was David Tollner and his office that combined the Australian Electoral Commission with the Darwin NT Electoral Commission as read in the report on this fact having taken place.

There for once again as I stated to you today Helen you just dont listen too well do you " I have already done my complaints of Commitment in writing " and you have stated you read my web site so whats your problem.

So why has not David Tollner or his office got back to me at all ....So please get it right.

Its bad enough " Helen " that you think you have been appointed as a mouth piece for David Tollner let alone appointing your self as some trumpt up elected person without authority.
When in fact you are just a secretary of sorts so perhaps comply with that position of just being that and nothing else and in so doing so do your job correctly and keep your arrogant and belligerance to yourself along with your self opinionated opinions to yourself and just pass on the correct information and dont add nothing other than that.

There is no excuse for having not been complying is there seeing how you know about matters.

Helen I will now be applying for your removal from David Tollner as you are not a person to be in such public office least of all in that position seeing that you have domonstrated very clearly to me on I having made contact with David Tollners Office on three occasions.
Each time I have noted your own anti-social behaviour along with that office having domonstrated very clearly to me your own personal belligerance. Along with that fact is the fact that you and indeed the office of David Tollner now interfering with my legal right to be heard as a resident of the City of Palmerston in that you having also been controling and manipulating my efforts to be heard in also drawing attention to a Federal Member of Solomon of my complaint of commitment about the illegal activities which have been afoot for many years in our City of Palmerston to which you and David Tollner have known about but have not addressed any of these issues in years let alone my complaints of commitment in any way either in part or full after many months of I having informed David Tollners office in which yous having known about these matters.

Such illegal activity in The Northern territory is a concern to us all and that too to the disruption and interference of my communication in conveying these matters is not taken lightly in which the Office of David Tollner has been doing.

I will now also be seeking to have David Tollner removed from office in a seat to which he is not entitled to occupy since he lacks the acts of compliance in that the seat as a Federal Member of Solomon is for The City of Palmerston of which you and your office does not recognise in part or full.
I will also be seeking to have an audit done on yous and The Australian Electoral Commission in Darwin as to why this bastardisation of your City of Palmerston has and is taking place and in to why both of yous are not complying with a lawfully declared act regarding " The City of Palmerston " in failing to comply or acknowledge The City of Palmerson as a CITY in its address line of that City and as to why that address line does not show the CITY of Palmerston in it having been dropped off the address line completely or why has it been tampered with at government levels for years and as to why it should have be tampered at all with in the first place and as to why it has been so.

I will also seek that elections be declared null and void for yous having done so.

But what also has to be asked here Helen since you offered an opinion is the fact that you and David Tollner in the past 7 years have done not a thing to correct any of these issues which I have raised in that they have been in front of your own eyes but like so many other NT government officials. let alone not seeing to your own seat of office in which your David Tollner is appointed to represent which is " The City of Palmerston " so please use the name correctly in all your comunications concerning our CITY of Palmerston its not Palmerston as you and your office would have us believe but rather its called The City of Palmerston.

To you David Tollner its interesting as to why you would now try and jump on the band wagon now in supposedly coming out in support of other issues concerning our City of Palmerston when you are still calling it Palmerston but what has to be noted is the fact you failed to address local issues in the past and there are many of them. But to do so now in taking the heat away from other issues which have been out standing for years is one thing but I guess you need some sort of side diversity in an election year but not to address any residents and tax payers correctly in this your recent communication in the form of a letter drop with us when you and your office clearly have shown to us all you and your office never have done so before it all sure makes you look good as an idiot.

As for you David Tollner as a Federal Member of Solomon still out blaming the Darwin Australian Electoral Commission does not cut it or say much about your ability to see to matters however it seems too that the Darwin Australian Electoral Commission likes to blame all other political parts in the NT too for having been doing the same it seems to be the thing up here according to Mr Greg hubbil of the Darwin Australian Electoral Commission odd to have heard yous all blaming each other.

But one thing is for sure yous all still put your hand out for that pay packet and you David Tollner even got a pay rise just recently ...I would have to ask for doing what !.

I would say just have a good look at yourself David Tollner and your office in just what little you do in that you have posted your office as now being in Darwin.br> So it would not be too far to walk now to get matters sorted out with The Australian Electoral Commission in Darwin City or is that all to hard for you as well seeing too the fact you never get back to NT constituants along with the fact you are never in your office or available anyways.

I guess thats the way it go's up here in that yous all blame every one else but yourselfs or your own public office as long as that money keeps on coming what would you care anyways !.
