Email providers sue over spam!.

How ironic all this is in that here in Australia 2006 - 2007 isn't it just down right odd that some over seas Email providers sue over spam and here we have in Australia some Australian companys such as NineMSN and Hotmail actively been running an email mail server in generating and distributing their " Unsolicited attachments " SPAM MAIL ! in which millions of unsolicited emails are clogging the internet around the world.
Perhaps its also time for Australia's own NineMSN and Hotmail to lift their game too.
In that in 2006 a man in Sydney NSW was sued and convicted for sending out spam mail, so I would have to ask whats the point in sueing any one over sending out spam if big companys like what we have got here in Australia get away with doing the same thing even when they have admitted to doing the same thing so why have they not been dealt with in the same manner !.
Or is this stance just applying to the little people of Australia ?.
So whats the point in saying one thing and then doing another is it all just window dressing and hot air after all ? if we in the real world are not going to do something about it ourselfs in that if you are complacent you get what you deserve then its just nuts.
Here is my complaint of the 14-12-2006 with the ( NAME OF THE SAID COMPANY IS WITH HELD ) along with what little feed back I did get back as there has still been no resolve been forth coming from either NineMSN or Hotmail todate now 28-January-2007 and the crap just keeps on keeping on.

I am not impressed at all and I would like this to STOP right away and on this subject I am also getting fed up with all the porn advertisement and banners thats is coming on Ninemsn Hotmail too.
If you want to sell Australian women being no better than sluts then do it on your own personal emails BUT NOT MINE.

I would firstly thank you at Hotmail, NineMSN and ( Name With Held ) for the bloody insult in yous having implicating me in the distribution of such 'smut ' be it an Adult web site.
I also see that my freedoms and freedom of choice is being manipulated and interfered with here by yous this too I am not happy with this form of intimidation and I dont support such smut that a child could get hold of.
I also have taken note of the fact that hotmail is still spamming here in you making use of my personal email contact listing to distribute your " Unsolicited attachments " on my emails to which you are also using my email account to justify the respectiblity of such " smut " Unsolicited attachments ".
I would point out to you that I object to being implicated in this manner and to having my email address used to send such smut as an " Unsolicited attachments to an Adult web site " and to persons that I personal know in you having used this porn web link or be it an Adult web site such as ( Name With Held ) to do so.
I would ask you to think about the Advertisement you have presented and indeed the wording in which you are promoting the following in it supposidily to be an Adult dating service !.
However what you have NOT stated is the fact I never gave you permission to implicate me in distributing such smut or to use and abuse my personal email contacts listing or my personage as a data base or for you's to make use of it as a distributing data base.
I also have taken note of this and your so called lines of resolution in resolving this matter where I am now being asked to pay a " FEE " to you to stop you's attaching " Unsolicited attachments " to my emails.
Are you also then saying that even if I use " Outlook Express " I still would have to pay Hotmail $19.95 per year so as not to receive any of your " Unsolicited attachments " from any of of your Hotmail members as well too!.
You have not stated if indeed that would be the case ?.
I would ask you why are you's generating such SPAM MAIL in the first place in now admitting to having actively been running a mail server as a spam mail generator in yous also scamming to dirvie moneys out of such trechurey with thought being make accountable to internet users and to young children?.
Once it was a pleasure to be on the internet but now yous are making the internet so benign now adays its gone like the way of the phone system in this country useless.
Indeed it has also got to be noted that Hotmail, NineMSN or ( Name With Held ) none of you's have also not seen or shown any concerns in relations to a " Child " that would also receive this form of crap under the " Child exploitation/pornography threats acts of Australia.
Lets face it no matter what is said NO due care has been given for the " Child " in this illegal use of this media to promote porn web links or be it an Adult web site being made of my personal email contacts list to do so.
If Australian company's like Hotmail, NineMSN and ( Name With Held ) think for one moment that what they are doing is correct in making a " buck " then perhaps you should indeed have another hard look at just what you's really are doing in clearly promoting Adult web site.
Or are you's also saying that any minor under 16 years old can not have or should not have a email account and that would also affect Kids at School too!.
I would also ask if this FREE email account and my personal contacts are indeed mine or if indeed is it Hotmail, NineMSN and ( Name With Held ) !.
isn't it nice to see that Technology still is out there promoting the true Australian after all good to see that Hotmail ,NineMSN and ( Name With Held ) , still promotes Australia so well.
I would wonder why you would not lift your game on that one and see to the damages that you's are carrying out.
I will monitor now with interest to see if my account with you will not be interfered with due to I having come forth and said my peace it will also be interesting to see if there is any form of retribution forth coming concerning all these matters of great concern to " Children " and decent Australians.
