Dear Mrs, Eva Dahi.

I did and do have the original draft to this letter which I had written down back in 28-Nov-2006 in I and my wife having personally contacted you on the phone in which I held off in writing to you as you stated you would get back to me which you never did I now see I was hoping in vain for you and your department to come to it senses.

I also once again see clearly in just recent times once again I was hoping for too much so there for I have now combined that original draft of the 28-Nov-2006 which I also being up to the present day with all my notes which I have kept.

There for I will say my contact with you on the 28-Nov-2006 at 12.51pm was not a pleasurable one for me at all since I have been waiting on you and your department to contact me since 20-July-2004 !.

I am not impressed with your lack of professionalism at all and I would ask you to keep you and your departments redneck attitude to yourselfs as I am unused to such abuse coming from a public servant there for how ever I will now try very hard in this letter to accommodate such a low level of functionality as which you and your department have demonstrated to me over such a long time.

I will firstly say that I don’t need an interpreter as being of a solid english back ground I speak english very well rather than what I heard coming from you on the phone and also just for your information I have been an australian citizen well before it was a legal requirement for all our Australian MP’s to be australian citizens.

However as for your very nonchalont and arrogant attitude that you project so very well towards me today I would ask you to keep it to yourself.

I am not interested in your lack of skills concerning these matters or your lack of giving and addressing customer service. I also make NO apology to you either since you proceeded to tell me what I should do concerning my own personal matters in which I gave you no authority to you or your department for yous to have been interfereing in my business in which yous have intruded on.

See to the fact that mine and my wife’s commonwealth benefits are administered by the commonwealth of Australia in which it is Centrelink that does these duties in which I am also entitled to all concessions. I would there for draw your attention to the matter of your own letter head in which you and your department have stated yourselfs to be ( NT Pensioner and Carer Concession Scheme ) and the fact that yous also have stated TWO diffrent address line headings on that letter .

The fact is I DO NOT get any pension paid to me by the ( NT Goverment ) what so ever and if I am entitled to such a pension I would now enquire with you and your department just where is that pension. I would further state that you and your department do not pay me for any concession scheme nor indeed does the ( NT Government ).

The fact is that since I am being paid by " The Commonwealth Government " in which its the Commonwealth Government that have appointed and approved Centrelink as being their administrators of all Commonwealth Government funds and benifits in relation to all benefits in which I and my wife are intitled to under law in also including all pensioner benefits and Carers concessions benefits.
