There for how are you or you so called department to administer as being a 3rd party of any of these direct entitlements of ours what so over.

Let alone these facts is the fact that even with I and my wife having the written evidence in hand that came from you and your own department ( NT Pensioner and Carer Concession Scheme ) and reading it back to you on the phone you proceeded to insist in talking over ( Verballing ) me and then arguing the point after the fact that your name was on that original letter in which there was also that second document ( Consent Form ) attached with a penciled in reference number in which you stated to me that you were only the acting “ Manager “ and that is why that letter was not signed.
The fact is ( Eva Dahi ) that you let your name be used in the first instance on that document and failed to even correct that fact let alone putting out a new letter informing persons that received that letter and document in the first place.

Also is the fact that its your name having been printed on the bottom of that original letter which I received back in 20-July-2004 in which demonstrated to me that you have a bigger problem than I first gave yous all credit for in that you just do not care and yous just did not or will not listen to what I was saying to you concerning that original letter which I did receive concerning your first written and undated letter to me in the first instance of 20-July-2004.

Of which when I first received that letter way back then I also first contacted your so called office concerning this matter of my personal information being interfered with and that was now over 2 years ago at that stage.

So don’t proceed to tell me to come up to speed on these matters when you will not and refuse to do so yourself let alone even trying to proceed to let these matters be swept under the carpet the fact is that you did not address these matters back then yourself is more to the point when you should have corrected them rather than I now having to try and do so now again the second time around.

I will point out to you once and for all is the fact that I am not required nor am I paid to run after yous or your so called department or indeed any other public service department if indeed thats what yous are since its yous that are getting paid good public moneys to supposedly do a job correctly to start with and to also look after the general publics best interests which yous have shown that you are just not doing there for its NOT the general public that runs after you or your department.

Yous have with out question also shown clearly to me and my wife you and your department unwillingness to acknowledge or correct any of the matters which I / we had good concern to have raised not only for our own matters of business but also that for concern for other Territorians that have been subjected to these same ordeals as we have encountered.

I will also not hold my tongue in any matters concerning my own personage and concerning my own information or privacy when they are at stake as these are my matters and information you are freely handing around which are not yours to interfere with so never proceed to talk over me or give my information out when I have NOT told you other wise in writing.

I do not need your leave or that of any one in your so called department to speak on my own matters and nor is any part of my information a public commodity to be treated or shared around by you or any one.

I do hope that I have made myself transparently clear on these matters pertaining to my own personage.

You should have viewed my contact with you today 28-Nov-2006 of great concern along with listening to what I was conveying to you on the phone rather than going out of your way to upset me further due to your own personal inadequancy in you just not listening or willing to address these mattters which I raised with you.

I have endured 2 years of your so called departments ineptitude and stupidity along with your illegal intimidations of my personage as if I did not know what I was talking about even after I was quoting your own facts back to you from your own stated letter to me.
