Also as regards to my right of getting my dental health concessions in that I am supposed to have had a dental health checkup at least once a year under federal government law in which my pensioned is administered in which the NT gets paid by the federal government a fee for all pensioners and health care holders to provide this service to which I would ask " Why have I not been afforded that right to which I have been entitled to for the past 10 years " !.

I would have to ask where has the monies gone to that was paid in lieu of that right as I sure have not had the privelege or indeed the use to that right.
So where has all the monies gone that the federal government made available for the implementation of that service of right.

I still do believe and see that one still has to present ones own NT pensioners card for any concession, that I would seek to have done so why then have you stated that it doesn’t concern you when it comes under the same umbrella " NT Pensioners Concession Scheme " it that what you were trying to tell me the other day on the phone let alone you dont seem to know very much let alone where has the money gone to.

However I should mention the fact to you that I had already lodged my complaint about all these documents in the first instance back in 2004 with the Minister at her Department concerning this matter along with all the illegal proceedures in which you and your office has been conducting itself in even acquired such information illegaly in the first place along with the lay out of the word contents of these matters in yous having been acquiring an illegal data base without total disclosure in the manner in which it was and has been conducted todate.

I have also been told and led to believe you made an apology to my wife on the phone today after much patience and undertaking on her part to also convey to you the severity of all these written matters today.

However I did not hear your personal apologies to me after you found out indeed the truth of what I stated was the facts of which were clearly stated by your own office to be true... I am not amused.

I do hope that I have made myself transparently clear on all these points when it comes to matters pertaining to my personage being interfered with and that of my Australian Federal Government pension and entitlements which are under Centerlinks domain.

Also this the fact that you keep sending letter to me/us ( Un dated ) along with the fact that I am not being correctly addressed in which is my entiltment as ( MR ) on any letter of communication and of any Document.

Let alone the fact that you are NOT even addressingi in full my correct ( place of residence ) being The CITY of Palmerston on these letters and documents now after years of I having took the trouble in having informed you years ago just on that one matter alone concerning my correct address.

Also what yous still have not considered is the fact that all this is paramount to abuse of a person/persons and knowing that fact is that you are talking about persons on ( Pensions, and Carer support pensions ) in that you have a clear indication that these persons are on a form of disability.

There for what of your abuse on these persons let alone the fact that there could indeed be a person of more disablement not equipped to defend themselfs as we have done in them having some impairment in being unable to write these facts down. Let alone the fact seeing how you have clearly shown yourselfs to be incapable of taking any verbal complaint let alone dealing with that complaint in even doing and taking corrective means to remedy any matters that have been aired by persons making a complaint.

Such sub standards of education coming from a persons that are in a job of supposedly a higher educational standards have got to be looked into at all levels of communication for signs of abuse of persons and to their information.

Such as I also having been the case of I also having to make a further Complaint of Customer Commitment 8-August-2007 to the NT Goverment via their web site.
