Remember remember the crummyism of 2007 Australian National Federal Electon what a scam that was.
In the past I have had probable cause, let alone just cause to take action in which I have endured here in The Northern Territory so there for I now seek full lines of resolve and retribution taken against such illegal activity done by so many so called Northern Territory Officals considering the following facts having taken place here in The Northern Territory at our last National Election 2007.
These are the facts as up untill today 21-October-2008 in that also as up untill today there are NO legally Elected Northern Territory Government Members in the Northern Territory let alone anywhere else for that matter
In that remember the 24-November-2007 and into the lead up of weeks,days to our National Election is when ALL Northern Territory public servants & political parties along with administrators, legals and or had committed high Treason against The Commonwealth of Australia and that of the people of The Northern Territory indeed against all Australians in that all having gone out of their way to " deceive, lie and cheat " to us all in them also having underminded our rights under our Australian Constitution.
Its been recorded against The Australian Electoral Commission in particularly remember that of what took place before the " National Federal Electon " in what's been called The Darwin Electoral Commission office by ( Mr Greg Hibble ) and staff.
These are facts that took place here in The Northern Territory.
In that also the fact is that not ANY of the " Two Major Australian Federal Parties " were NOT even on any of the ballot papers let alone neither ANY of them NOT being clearly shown as head of that party on any of the voting flyers at all the fact that " NONE " of these main parties were on anything let alone they were not even being shown to exist at all even to the voting register done by the Electoral Commission ....At least that fact was clear to see here in the Northern Territory let alone them not even being present on any postal ballet paper.
Let alone these facts and many more still to come is also the fact that none of these Two Major Australian Federal Parties had their picture or names on ANY of the Australian National Federal Electon ballet papers right up to our voting at the ballot box there was NO clear Local member or represent for either one of these TWO Major Australian Federal parties.
There was NO WHERE AT ALL ON ANY OF THE VOTING BALLOT PAPERS TO VOTE DIRECTLY FOR ANY ONE OF THESE TWO MAJOR CANDIDATES let alone the fact none even showed ANY ONE of these Two Major Federal parties at all clearly in them either being for either the " Liberal or Labour " seeing too of the fact it what was clearly stated to be an Australian National Election...This then was NOT the case at all when it came to voting at the ballot box.
So then where is my right and that of other Australians to be able to Vote directly for any one of these TWO MAJOR CANDIDATES let alone be it " Liberal or Labour Party " that right was not present at all !.
All this was in stark contrast to the then current Multimedia in the lead up to these event in that media events that was being broadcast by all News Papers, TV, Radio and by the Internet even right up to the day of the Election.
Perhaps ALL Northern Territory political parties and The Darwin Electoral Commission should have kept that in mind let alone letting CANDIDATES have a fair and just go.
This then is some of what was their assault on us in their " orchestration and manipulation " of that Election in what took place up here in The Northern Territory.
Now having moved on in time now coming up to just about 1 year after these Events and facts first took place is the fact that NONE of these so called Local self proclaimed local Northern Territory political parties and administyrators or The Darwin Electoral Commission office have come forward at all either to own up or address any of these facts in any form what so ever all.
The fact that All have chosen not to say anything in perhaps falsley thinking it will all just go away or in the hope that it would not be noticed does say a lot about so many persons in so many ways in that so many have also having seen for themself what took place and chose to say nothing.
I would wonder what are you supposed to be the experts at ?
Then we have the ones having not admitted to these facts on the day and over the weeks and months after that it all took place at the ballot box let alone none have told the truth about what has gone down here in The Northern Territory at our last Australian National Federal Election in 2007.
Perhaps they have all forgotten to take note of the fact that the " ones " is on each one of them to comply with all the acts of compliances.
This then has been the skull duggery done by ALL up here in The Northern Territory by these so called Australian political parties in conjuction with the The Darwin Electoral Commission office.
I then would clearly like to know just how could this Labour MP ( Kevin Rudd and Peter garret ) could even be proclaimed as being anything let alone as being named as prime minister of Australia when indeed there was " NO facilty what so ever at that National Election " to even vote for him let alone the fact that he was NOT on ANY Voting ballot paper at all!.
So since these facts has taken place here in The Northern Territory then where else has it raised its ugly head ?.
The fact is also that here in the Northern Territory there was a lot of NON Australian candidates who put themselfs up for Election in this National Election too.
I find all this having taken place odd indeed in that even I know that under Australian law is the fact that ( ANY ) person wanting to enter into ANY public office with in The Australian Government be it Federal or Local you have to be an Australian Citizen.
There for it makes no difference if its " a political candidate or Not what so ever " that person must be an Australian citizen to be even considered any entrance for any " public office ".
So some one please tell me how then can any such " candidates or parties " being NON Australian in them having stated themselfs to be something other than an Australian be allowed into " public office " at all.
In some even having stated themselfs as being " Indigineous candidate and part of a Indigineous Nation " how can they even hope to run for ANY Australian public office or even be accepted into hold any Australian public office in any form what so ever or in evening being allowed to be in ANY Australian Government position if they are NOT Australian citizen.
Its been out right odd to have seen so many NON Australians up here having done so to date let alone so many local Territorians as well as our so called " Local & Federal Parliamentarians " up here in that some of these are even Local Territorians MLA's in all having capitulated to lie and deceive the Australian Public on that one fact alone.
Perhaps they ALL forgot this is Australia ...But if they have forgot that then what else have they forgotten ?.
On all these facts alone them also having committed political suicide in the past is now topped off with them all now proceeding to commit treasonable acts against the Commonwealth of Australia in that most up here just dont what it to be known that they have!....But hey thats new up here in The Northern Territory...right!.

I would there for wonder if the same applies to whats taken place up here ?.
I now envoke my rights under The Commonwealth Acts of Australia & that Under The Australian Constitution in I make charges against all Northern Territory CANDIDATES having taken part that will be named and revealed for all having committed treasonable acts against The Commonwealth of Australia in yous all having took to unstabalizing our Australian Constitution.

Also in what had been stated too be by Mr David Tollner local 'Federal Member' about the Darwin Electoral Commission office in now all Territory public servants & political parties having Interfered ,Orchestration and manipulation of the Electoral roll as well as dictating who has the right to be on " The Australian Electoral Roll " along with the fact all having been interfering with the removal of even an Australian City let alone names and changes of address without due notice in them all having also in 2007 had conducted into the last Australian National Federal Election in 2007 as being no better run as a local by-electon !.
Which is also in its self in contempt of the electoral act of Australia in being illegal to have done by some member of political parties and indeed done by such Australian broadcasters even in their use of making slurs on the internet....This is Australia it is NOT the USA.
Done to Australian Voters and played on us all by our so called Local Australian Political parties along with the Darwin Electoral Commission office in all having under minded our Australian Constitution and in contempt of the electoral act of Australia which was done to Australian Voters all these facts and more will have to come out and be seen to.
It seems all have chosen to say nothing in the hope that no one will notice ?... Well I did ...About what they had done concerning their lies, cheating and their deception of the Australian public is more damaging than one can imagine.
I would there for hope that this written article will open the eyes to many other fellow Australians to be more vigilant of who is in their back yard in that as of today 27-May-2007 concerning matters which came to light on the 10-May-2007 its now been 17 days that has passed without resolve considering the following having taken place.
