The City of Palmerston Northern Territory.


These pictures were taken by me on the 27 July and the 19 August 2007 THREE months after the original NT News story first appeared in 28 May 2007 and yet there was not a word broadcasted on any so called NT local TV or Radio station just as loudly as these matters were first aired, these pictures were taken with a " Fuji A820 8.3 mega pixel digital camera " its worth noting that this camera does a very good job given its size!.

News Update 30-August-2007 .

" Come and enjoy The Northern Territory along with enjoying all the outside smoke filled air and watch your kids get sick... 30 August 2007.

Following this follow up article that was in The NT News paper concerning " Cigarette SMOKING " is not going to be banned in pubs and clubs " despite the Territory again receiving the far-from-coveted Dirty Ashtray Award for not doing enough to combat Cigarette smoking.

I would have to say if that just " Cigarette SMOKING " that is on the books in any Government interfering with the rights of freedom and choice then they have indeed got more worries on their plate.

In that as you would have to ask then what right have they the " NT Government " got in having polluted our air and atmosphere with all their back burning in also having caused health problems with our elderly and young children and yet they go on about " SMOKING " ?.

What are you all blind as well as just being stupid in what you all are and have been doing to EVERY ONE with your grass SMOKING in smoking up our Territory for plus 20 years and more and yet we residents and tax payers don't have the right to say anything at all about this in what you all have been doing not even on our so called local TV News and radio stations which there is precious little of.

In that Smoking restrictions were imposed at pubs and clubs in the Territory in January 2003 so its been very odd to have seen the NT Government would have done this to start with seeing the fact how they have been polluting our air and environment for years with just about no one coming forward with these facts or in having these facts reported on by any NT Government officials let alone in either local TV, Radio or news papers concerning the " NT Government " illegal activities in doing this back burning in the first place which having taken place for years not forgetting for one moment the destruction of our wildlife and their habitat at their hands.

As to the rest of the Northern Territory well it too just burns as well as hundreds of kilometers of it each year!.
