As you have closed life's door

You now walk upon heavens shore

Walking by the beautiful deep blue sea

You close your eyes and think of me

I know where you are my child

The one who was always meek and mild

Your basket was full of men

Your witness turned them from sin

Many of us are still being touched by you

Our Heavenly Father takes your hand and says "don't be blue."

He continues and says "For they now rejoice".

and sing in one voice!

You smile and walk away

because you know that one day

I will see the one I adore

on the day I too close life's door
