I had hoped by this date to provide the court with further documentation regarding Ms. Lee's health care records.  I have learned that her doctor, Michael Alcalay, is now deceased.  I am informed that many of his case files are now maintained by California Physician Tod H. Mikuriya, M.D., Ph.D., also a practicing psychiatrist.  Dr. Mikuriya has not yet responded to my inquiries.  I will promptly provide the court with any relevant materials that may be forwarded to me.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
