The defendant, appearing specially by her attorney and reserving her right to challenge the court's jurisdiction, moves the court for an order requiring the state to provide discovery, disclosure, and inspection of all the items of information and evidence requested in the defendant's demand for discovery and inspection made on January 19, 2007.  This motion is brought pursuant to secs. 971.23 and 971.31, Stats.; the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution, and article I. sections 1, 7, and 8 of the Wisconsin Constitution.
