The defendant, appearing specially by her attorney and reserving her right to challenge the court's jurisdiction, moves the court for an order dismissing this action.  This motion is brought pursuant to §971.31(2) and (5), Stats., on the grounds that the court lacks jurisdiction over the defendant because the statute the defendant is alleged to have violated, section 961.41(3g) (e), incorporating §961.14(4) (t), denies defendant's rights to the Free Exercise of Religion under the law, thereby denying the defendant Equal Protection and Due Process of law, all in violation of the rights guaranteed by the 1st, 5th, and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution; the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, 42  § U.S.C. Article I, sections 1, 8, and 18 of the Wisconsin Constitution.
