The defendant, appearing specially by her attorney and reserving her right to challenge the court's jurisdiction, respectfully moves the court for an order to permit defendant to file and serve additional supporting documents, affidavits, and briefs to motions in the above captioned matter by February 7, 2007 or such other date as the court deems appropriate, and to schedule hearings on said motions, at such time and date as the court deems appropriate, on the grounds that the number and complexity of issues presented require adequate notice to the court and the State.  This motion is brought pursuant to 971.31(2) and (5), Stats.
