Cement Wall Boundary

One of the projects was to build a cement wall designating the boundary of Miracle Mountain. The students made all the necessary hollow blocks and then built the wall. It started with the highway sign and continued across the entrance, beside the valley and on up the right side of the mountain. It would eventually extend across the top (behind the piggery) and down to the precipice on the top right side. Originally, the posts also had cement Bibles added on top but over the years they gradually got broken off.

Because of the water needs on campus a well was drilled right near the church, alongside the boundary wall. It was an unsuccessful venture for no water was found. The well might have been drilled in the wrong spot or maybe it just wasn’t drilled deep enough. The windmill however was very attractive but I don’t remember how long it stayed standing guard at the entrance to the campus.
