I believe he was the Acting Director during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s when my father and the Miracle Choir were on their world tour and gone for about 7 years. The three ladies are (left to right) Severina Manalo, Phoebe Jose, and Mercy Quino and they are still with Miracle as faculty and staff today.
