In this 1962 family picture – (from the top) standing next to his father was Ezekiel, age 20 years old, by his mother was Jeremiah (Jerry), 14 years old, the baby, 2 months old was Peter, below them were Eva, 11 years old and Solomon, 9 years old, then Miralyn (named after Miracle), 4 years old and last, but not least, was Eliezer, 7 years old. Another daughter, Deborah, would be born in the years to come. Peter Gomez, the baby in this picture, was a junior student in Miracle Bible Institute when my father passed away in 1983. He graduated the following year. Miralyn (girl on the bottom step) had already graduated from Miracle Bible College and was part of the faculty and staff. If everyone looks like they are squinting, they are. It's hard not to when posing in the hot sun. |
