 Oil painting was one of my many hobbies and after hearing my father’s stories and seeing a more current picture of the Bible College building, I wanted to paint something just for him. I got the idea from a picture I had seen of the world between the arms of Jesus except I changed the world to the Bible College. The painting was about 3 feet by 4 feet and it had a beautiful wood frame. The Burchett group took it over for me and they said that my father cried when he unwrapped the painting and he held it up for all to see. It hung in the chapel until he passed away. |
