Behind the dormitory was the prayer tower; a place to have some alone time in prayer. It finally was finished for a balcony was added and wooden window shutters were put in to give everyone privacy. The land around it was also stone terraced. This is what was written on the back of this picture that an alumni of 1966 let me have to help with this website. "The prayer tower is a busy place. You can always hear prayer day or night or see students waiting on the stairs for their time of prayer." |
