 Hearing some saying the Children's Home was on fire, my father ran down this path to see for himself. He found out that it was a lightbulb that had exploded and caused the confusion. Anyway, he then had a major heart attack. Fortunately, Rev. Floyd Smith, another American missionary visiting Miracle, was there and he stayed by my father's side rebuking death. My father lived 2 1/2 years longer even though the doctors later told us he should have died instantly when he first had the heart attack. |
