A man with a bulldozer was hired to carve a road all around the Miracle property; from the bottom to the top area and then some. Seen here is the start of the road with the faculty houses to the left and the ladies' dorm on the right. Steps going down to the valley can be seen on right side, below the dorm. This whole right side of the road or curve, from the base of the valley up to the road, was later stone terraced (cavited). From the beginning to the end of the road, both sides of the mountain was also cavited where the road had been carved out.
