Ladies' Nipa Huts

Some of the ladies in front of their nipa hut which was built in the backyard or behind the church. The same was also true for the men, dining hall, and other faculty homes. All were made from nipa (grass roofing) and bamboo. I don't remember what their beds were like but assume that they just slept on mats made from woven palm leaves, which were rolled up during the day.
