Chris started out as a repossessor in 1985 for a local towing company in Philadelphia, Pa
There he handled all delinquent accounts, by either making arrangements for the debtor to pay by knocking on doors or have the vehicle repossessed. More times than none the vehicle was repossessed
In 1987 Chris started his own business in Philadelphia, Pa. He hired one other driver and together they covered the entire state of Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey and Delaware.
Chris was taught how to skip his own accounts with great success.
He started small, handling local car lots, then began fishing for the larger clients. Six months into his venture and he was recovering collateral for major finance companies such as Hyundai Motor Finance, Chemical Bank, Hann Financial, Citicorp Collections, Navy Federal Credit Union, Bank of Chester County, Farmers National Bank, just to name a few.
Our Guarantee is when you send an account to us we begin working on it the minute it hits our fax machine. We provide updates every 72 hours on all accounts, unless other requests are made. We begin by checking and verifying all information you have given us, then we begin our own in-depth research on the debtor in question. Once we confirm an address on the debtor or unit we will promptly notify the recovering agency with the new information. We recommend that the agency run the address given within 24 hours to prevent the debtor from having a chance to run again. Our guarantee is that the address given is a confirmed address of the unit or debtor and most times both. The way we can guarantee this is, either we have spoken to the debtor personally or have spotted the unit. About 65% of the time when we send the recovery agent to the address we request them to take a voluntary surrender form, because we have made arrangements with the debtor to release the collateral without a fight.
