Abilities: Aztec doesn't have any abilities that really stand out. He's halfway between being alive and dead, though he is not a ghost nor a zombie or anything of the like. He can die again, but left on his own, he will not age. His senses are very acute, and he is a master hunter, able to move silently and leave no trace of his passage behind. He is also quite strong and quick and able to fly, though he rarely does.

Personality: Aztec is very quiet and unassuming. Almost humble. He isn't shy, just introverted. He doesn't like to judge others very quickly, and tends to keep to himself.

History: Aztec was born from a race very similar to humans. He lived in a village that centered around its temple, like all villages in his people's societies. They were very devoutly religious, but content to keep to themselves and their lands and jungles. He was raised inside the temple as one an elite warrior, a temple guardian.

His village was attacked without warning by a horde of corrupted humans who had been duped into thinking his people's temples held great riches. No one is quite sure who duped the humans, but it was believed to be the work of a demon. His village was burned to the ground and his people slaughtered. Aztec died along with his fellow guardians, trying to protect the temple, but his power was overwhelmed. Aztec died feeling guilt and shame at his own weakness.

Aztec was granted a second chance to defend the holy place and was reborn into the form he currently wears. So he stands a singular guard on the ruins of his people's destroyed lands.
