Bumblebee is a member of the Team. She is a former student of Happy Harbor High School, where she was a classmate of Superboy and Miss Martian. She is romantically involved with Mal Duncan. A team player, Karen is a clear-minded and focused young woman who looks out for her teammates and tries to see through the daily missions. She's not above making jokes and quips at times. Outside of her superhero life, Karen prioritizes her college studies, even at the expense of spending time with her boyfriend, Mal.
