Curtis Holt is an employee of Palmer Technologies who works in the Design Innovations department. After Curtis searched for Rene Ramirez, he took a beating. This inspired him to be trained and go out on the field. During his first time out, Curtis was jokingly called Mister Fair Play, after Curtis' favorite wrestler Terry Sloane/Mr. Terrific's clean tactics. However, he was later directly named after Terry Sloane's in-ring name, being called Mr. Terrific out on the field.
