Magic: Damien's powers come from a form of mysticism. It appears to be derived from a blood ritual to an ancient statue he has in his office, speaking an incantation and bleeding into a goblet, which apparently can heal his wounds. It is suggested that Damien gets his powers from a mystical statue that he possesses. He has used the following:
-Life-Force Absorption: Mn ability to siphon the life-force from people's bodies and kill them, by simply touching them. This absorption seems to also heal him of fatigue and physical damage within seconds. He is also able to quickly recover from toxins disappearing mere seconds after he was incapacitated by a tranquilizer.
-Telekinesis: Mn
-Teleportation: Am ability displace himself to appear wherever be needs within a fixed location, allowing him to easily catch his enemies off-guard by slipping behind them.
-Regeneration: In
Longevity: It was revealed by Ra's al Ghul that Damien had taken some of the waters from the Lazarus Pit when he left the league. This has allowed Damien to live for hundreds years and still his peak health and vitality as well as the appearance of a middle-aged man. However like Ra's the waters of the Lazarus Pit may have begun to lose their potency on him over time forcing Damien to find alternative ways to prolong his youth. The blood magic he practices and siphoning other peoples life force may be how he has achieved this.

Limitations:
Khushu Idol: While this idol allows Damien to channel the power of darkness and death, it can also be used as his downfall. If someone has the ability to destroy the idol, Damien will no longer have his powers and will remain a normal human, changing his stats and losing his magic abilities, until the idol is reassembled and his connection restored through ritual sacrifice.
Light Magic: Due to the fact that Damien's magic comes from the absorption and manipulation of dark energy, if one can focus their natural life energy into positive sources of strength (i.e. hope and joy), Damien's magic will ultimately prove ineffective against the target and even physically repel him from the said person.
