Metahuman Physiology: After being affected by the explosion at S.T.A.R labs, Barry Allen's DNA was altered. This granted him the following abilities:
-Superhuman Speed: Sh-X, Barry Allen is able to travel at superhuman speeds. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Deliver 100 Gd blows in a round
--Barry moves so fast that he is able to perform 9 actions in a combat round.
--Water Running: Flash may ran across water as if it were a solid surface and at Un. As long as he keeps his feet in motion he may even briefly stop to observe something or change directions.
--Wall Running: Barry Allen may run up walls as if he were a normal person walking across the ground with Un ability
--Create Cyclones: These tornadoes will inflict Gd Blunt or Stun and Slam attacks. The Speedster must specify which effect they are going for when using this in combat.
-Accelerated Perception: Am ability to take in information and process it at much faster rates than a normal human. This ability allows Barry to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which, combined with his physical speed, lets him perform thoughts and actions long before a normal human around him could even perceive them.
-Bodily Vibration: Un ability to vibrate his body for various effects. He has performed the following power stunts:
--Vocal Distortion: Am ability to vibrate his entire body to mask his body from others clearly perceiving it and even distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice.
--Resistance to Toxins: Mn ability to forcibly expel any toxins in him
--Resistance to Cold: Am ability to generate enough heat to recover and stay thermally insulated from extreme cold.
--Intangibility: Un ability to vibrate all the cells in his body at the same frequency as air and can seamlessly pass through any solid target unfazed.
--Invisibility: Am ability to vibrate his body so fast that that he can no longer be perceived by the human eye.
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration: Rm
-Enhanced Metabolism: In resistance to drugs or alcohol.
-Electrokinesis: As a speedster, Barry produces a powerful yellow electricity from his body and can use it in any way he chooses. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Static Shock: By generating enough friction on a specific part of his body, such as his hands, to produce In Electricity on contact
--Lightning Bolt: Jay Garrick later trains Barry to hurl lightning bolts by using the electricity he produces. It deals up to Am damage
-Speed Mirage: Barry can use his speed to make it appear like he's in many places at once, when in reality, he is simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. He can create dozens of after-images, allowing him to disorientate his enemy and catch them off guard with Am ability.
-Flashtime: By generating enough energy, Barry can move so fast that time essentially slows down relative to him, to a complete standstill with Un ability. However, he must make a Red Psyche FEAT each round to concentrate on this action as losing such focus will gradually speed back up again before ultimately returning to its original flow. He can pull others into this state, however, non-speedsters will quickly tire from it as their bodies aren't accustomed to moving at such great speeds. Other speedsters can also remain unaffected by this even provided they retain enough stamina to expand their Speed Force energy.
-Time Travel: Un ability to travel forward or backwards in time, allowing him to enter different timelines. In addition to potentially causing unforeseeable, damaging changes to the timeline, reckless travels through time can alert the Time Wraiths. These temporal guardians become instinctively drawn to the careless speedster, driven to capture the person who disturbed the timestream and draw the person into the Speed Force with it.
-Interdimensional Travel: Un ability to moving fast enough to break open portals between dimensions, allowing him to travel to different universes. If desired, Barry can also bring others with him
-Speed Force Sharing: Am ability to use the Speed Force in more passive means. He can allow another target to temporarily experience the energy of the Speed Force. Doing this, he can make a person to heal as fast as himself
-Time Remnant Construct: Un ability to "create" a time remnant by time traveling back to moments before his current self time travels, hailing from a future that no longer exists. This effectively allows Barry to be two places at once.
Equipment:
Flash Costume: Barry wears a costume as his superhero alter-ego, The Flash, to hide his identity from his enemies when he goes out fighting crime. The costume provides him with the following:
-Abrasive Resistance: In protection vs. Heat
-Communication Device: In ability to communicate with S.T.A.R. Labs
-Sensor System: built-in sensors to track Barry's vitals, location, power output, speed level with Am ability
Flash Ring: Given to him by his future daughter, Nora West-Allen, Barry now utilizes a ring to store and summon his Flash suit.
Limitations:
Hyper-Metabolism: While moving at accelerated speeds, Barry burns calories much faster than a normal person. This requires him to consume large amounts of nutrients to maintain his peak physical performance. Continued usage of his speed while deprived of such render him disoriented and weak before ultimately passing out as a result of low blood glucose.
Cold Temperatures: Because Barry's speed comes from a build-up of body heat, Barry is vulnerable to extreme cold temperatures. Under these conditions, Barry's speed will be greatly reduced by -3cs, and it will also temporarily stunt his healing capacities.
