Speed Force Connection: After an accident at his lab, Jay's body was altered and augmented to peak physical condition from his newfound connection to the Speed Force. Lean and well-built, Jay's body is able to handle long periods of running while showing no signs of tiring and his heart-rate remaining steady. On Earth-1, he is able to display the following power stunts:
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration: Due to the nature of his meta-human capabilities, Jay's body heals at Rm ability. For unknown reasons, these capabilities did not disappear like his super speed when he came to Earth-1. His metabolism is still high, keeping the physiology of his body in top form with little to no effort.
