Known Powers: Metahuman Physiology: After being affected by an explosion of Dark Matter at S.T.A.R labs, Wally West's DNA was altered. This granted him the following abilities:
-Superhuman Speed: Un, Wally is able to travel at superhuman speeds. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Deliver 100 Gd blows in a round
--Wally moves so fast that he is able to perform 9 actions in a combat round.
--Water Running: Kid Flash may ran across water as if it were a solid surface and at Un. As long as he keeps his feet in motion he may even briefly stop to observe something or change directions.
--Wall Running: Wally may run up walls as if he were a normal person walking across the ground with Un ability
--Vibration: Am ability to vibrate his entire body to mask his body from others clearly perceiving it and even distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice.
--Intangibility: Un ability to vibrate all the cells in his body at the same frequency as air and can seamlessly pass through any solid target unfazed.
--Create Cyclones: These tornadoes will inflict Gd Blunt or Stun and Slam attacks. The Speedster must specify which effect they are going for when using this in combat.
-Accelerated Perception: Am ability to take in information and process it at much faster rates than a normal human. This ability allows Wally to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which, combined with his physical speed, lets him perform thoughts and actions long before a normal human around him could even perceive them.
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration: Rm
-Enhanced Metabolism: In resistance to drugs or alcohol.

Equipment:
Kid Flash Costume: Wally wears a costume as his superhero alter-ego, Kid Flash, to hide his identity from his enemies when he goes out fighting crime. The costume provides him with the following:
-Abrasive Resistance: In protection vs. Heat
-Communication Device: In ability to communicate with S.T.A.R. Labs
-Sensor System: built-in sensors to track Wally's vitals, location, power output, speed level with Am ability

Limitations:
Hyper-Metabolism: While moving at accelerated speeds, Wally burns calories much faster than a normal person. This requires him to consume large amounts of nutrients to maintain his peak physical performance. Continued usage of his speed while deprived of such render him disoriented and weak before ultimately passing out as a result of low blood glucose.
Cold Temperatures: Because Wally's speed comes from a build-up of body heat, Wally is vulnerable to extreme cold temperatures. Under these conditions, Wally's speed will be greatly reduced by -3cs, and it will also temporarily stunt his healing capacities.
Electrical Absorption: Wally's unique biology causes his body to produce massive amounts of electricity, which charges his molecules and allows him to accelerate his movement. This electricity charges his cells, which gives him his speed. Should Wally be drained of this electrical energy, he will lose his enhanced speed ability. However, this ability is genetically coded to his DNA, meaning he is incapable of losing his potential for enhanced speed, but the electricity in his body is needed to jump start it. If this electricity is absorbed by another source, such as in the case with Blackout, all of Wally's powers will be suppressed, including his healing and accelerated perception. Much like an electrical device, which needs to recharge, he must electrify himself to a great extent in order to jump start his powers once more. After regaining his powers and unlocking the full potential of his abilities, Wally's speed was enhanced to the point that he became capable of outrunning electricity. Without his speed, Wally's Agility, Strength and Endurance drop to Ty rank, giving him 28 Health.
