Known Powers:
Metahuman Physiology: As a time remnant of the original Barry Allen, Savitar possessed a powerful connection to the Speed Force. Savitar potency to draw power from the Speed Force greatly exceeded all other known users to the point that he claimed to be the "ruler" of the Speed Force. Savitar's enhanced power was attributed by his armor and/or the Philosopher's Stone. Savitar's powers could even be used when exposed to meta-human power dampeners. This granted him the following abilities:
-Superhuman Speed: Sh-X, Barry Allen is able to travel at superhuman speeds. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Deliver 100 Gd blows in a round
--Barry moves so fast that he is able to perform 9 actions in a combat round.
--Water Running: Savitar may ran across water as if it were a solid surface and at Un. As long as he keeps his feet in motion he may even briefly stop to observe something or change directions.
--Wall Running: Barry Allen may run up walls as if he were a normal person walking across the ground with Un ability
--Vibration: Am ability to vibrate his entire body to mask his body from others clearly perceiving it and even distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice.
--Intangibility: Un ability to vibrate all the cells in his body at the same frequency as air and can seamlessly pass through any solid target unfazed.
--Create Cyclones: These tornadoes will inflict Gd Blunt or Stun and Slam attacks. Savitar must specify which effect they are going for when using this in combat.
-Accelerated Perception: Am ability to take in information and process it at much faster rates than a normal human. This ability allows Barry to see the world as if it is in slow motion, which, combined with his physical speed, lets him perform thoughts and actions long before a normal human around him could even perceive them.
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration: Rm
-Enhanced Metabolism: In resistance to drugs or alcohol.
-Electrokinesis: As a speedster, Barry produces a powerful yellow electricity from his body and can use it in any way he chooses. He is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Static Shock: By generating enough friction on a specific part of his body, such as his hands, to produce In Electricity on contact
--Lightning Bolt: Jay Garrick later trains Barry to hurl lightning bolts by using the electricity he produces. It deals up to Am damage
-Speed Mirage: Barry can use his speed to make it appear like he's in many places at once, when in reality, he is simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. He can create dozens of after-images, allowing him to disorientate his enemy and catch them off guard with Am ability.
-Time Travel: Un ability to travel forward or backwards in time, allowing him to enter different timelines. In addition to potentially causing unforeseeable, damaging changes to the timeline, reckless travels through time can alert the Time Wraiths. These temporal guardians become instinctively drawn to the careless speedster, driven to capture the person who disturbed the timestream and draw the person into the Speed Force with it.
-Interdimensional Travel: Un ability to moving fast enough to break open portals between dimensions, allowing him to travel to different universes. If desired, Barry can also bring others with him
-Speed Force Sharing: Am ability to use the Speed Force in more passive means. He can allow another target to temporarily experience the energy of the Speed Force. Doing this, he can make a person to heal as fast as himself
-Time Remnant Construct: Un ability to "create" a time remnant by time traveling back to moments before his current self time travels, hailing from a future that no longer exists. This effectively allows Barry to be two places at once.
Equipment:
Armor: Upon gaining his remarkable speed, Savitar also gained a full-bodied suit of armor that is massive in size and demon-like in form and generates white lightning when he uses his speed. Acting as a mechanized battle-suit, it opens from the backside. It possesses a thick, retractable spike mounted on each wrist. While in the suit, Barry's normal yellow lightning turns white. It provides him with the following abilities:
-Alter Ego: Stats change as shown above
-Body Armor: Am protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Resistance to Cold: Un
-Retractable Blades: Am material, Up to Mn Edge
-Armor Retraction: Un, Should any part of his armor be broken off, it can immediately be drawn back to Barry from any distance, to the point where any broken off pieces can be telekinetically summoned back to the rest of the suit if it is close enough.
-Voice Filtering: Am ability to disguise his voice so as to not be identified as a megalomaniacal version of his past self.
-Static Charge Displacement: Due to the fact that Savitar draws a lot of power from the Speed Force, whenever his speed is at his highest, the static and heat energy around him is extremely volatile. To counter this, the armor's primary function is to shield Barry from the highly dangerous levels of static charge and heat energy built up whenever he uses his advanced speed with Un ability.
-Mental Connection: Rm, The armor can move and attack on its own should Barry be attacked out of his suit, though it is unable to use Barry's speed.
Philosopher's Stone: Un material, Barry went back in time and discovered this artifact long ago, using it to hire new meta-humans, and also to further enhance his power. He used this artifact up to the point of being defeated and trapped in the Speed Force within it by his younger-self until he was able to use it to escape his imprisonment. Barry was able to use the stone preventing from the Speed Force Bazooka from trapping him in the speed force again. It also has the following abilities:
-Immune to Speedster Weapons: The Philosopher Stone, while connected to Savitar, immunized him from weapons that can affect speedsters who draw power from the Speed Force. While wielding it, Savitar was protected from being trapped in the Speed Force itself. The Stone also protects him from being re-imprisoned in the Speed Force a second time.
-Possession: Un, Once establishing a strong enough connection to a person's mind, Savitar is able to completely overshadow their actions, turning them into his unwitting pawn, and possess them, as he did with Julian Albert to turn him into "Alchemy", and enabling them to wield the power of the Philosopher's Stone.
-Telepathy: Mn, With his connection to the Philosopher's Stone, Savitar is able to manipulate others' minds. He can telepathically communicate with them and project illusions that only they can see. This power can still be used even while sealed away in the box. However, it is considerably weakened, as he can only prey on a person's insecurities, such as creating illusions of their lost loved ones, to con them into releasing him.
-Power Bestowal through Recognition: Un ability to return the powers of individuals who have been wielding them during the Flashpoint Timeline. While in Flashpoint, he was unaware of some metahumans, like Magenta and Shade, but somehow gained knowledge of them. It would appear that the Stone bestows metahuman powers to those who had powers in alternate timelines.
